Since California has the highest Covid rates and totals in the country, maybe every other state should have a travel ban on California. After all, we cannot let these Typhoid Marys leave the incubator and infect the rest of us, can we? Maybe the California government can go "East German," and use this Covid as an excuse to prohibit high earners from leaving the state.
