I'm looking into risking some money in Crypto. I'm putting some money into Decentraland, it's a virtual world, there are 90,000 plots, all are sold. These plots make up a 3D virtual city and it's all programmable, they just partnered up with Unity. The currency of the land is called MANA and the cheapest land is selling for about $1000 per plot, but people are asking for $10/month in rent, or giving free rent because they can't use it. What would a real world purchase price be on land that rents at that rate?
How many acres? Is it linked to telephone/internet? Where is the nearest second hand furniture store so I can get an Al Bundy Chair?
Important considerations. Does the land have a sewer connection?
This is a joke right?
Interesting... Well, I suspect yes, there will be ways to make money in virtual 'land'. I like the real shit though.
Its unclear if I can run a pornography ring out of a 16m x 16m plot
This is a joke right?
https://decentraland.org/
It currently has a market cap over $164M

Real world shit like bonds and gold isn't getting me to retirement
I heard of the the decentraland coin but I like to stick to the top 15 coins based on market cap. (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Link, Litecoin...)
Gold/Bonds are def not getting you anywhere
The crypto market cap is over 1Trillion USD now.
Including or not including the lost "coins"?
Onvacation saysIncluding or not including the lost "coins"?
Yes.
So in reality supply is less then quoted so not sure how much that "adds" to the real price of BTC.
Here’s a piece of real land in the real world.
