There are highly effeminate, slightly built gays who with a little hormonal help and surgical enhancement can become morphologically convincing women except for the pudsky, which they do not always choose to jettison, because doing so reduces their ability to experience sexual pleasure. The theory is that as effeminate gays, they have trouble accessing their preferred sex objects i.e. masculine men, so their transitioning is a matter of attaining better odds with their preferred sex objects. These are the 'chicks with dicks' types.

The others are the already masculine developed hairy ass males who decide internally they are women, from whatever compulsion, and transition into unconvincing circus freaks.
They must take hours every day just to vaguely try to look the role, since even heavy hormone therapy can never make them look totally convincing. Apparently, these are more likely to undergo full transitional surgery pursuing their obsession.
