I thought schools were doing anonymous grading these days, where students only write their student ID number on the exams. That way the grader doesn't have a bias for or against the students, theoretically. It would also mean the professor wouldn't know which students got what grades.
a lot of grading is computerized, like in SAT or similar tests, which takes care of biases.
If it's true I don't see the problem, shouldn't be hard to prove.
CA will likely be the first to enact mandatory employee diversity quotas by skin color, just like they do for gender now.
Will employers require background AND DNA checks now?
The truth is always the most dangerous thing to say.
