“I shut my phone off Friday night because I couldn’t handle the phone calls, and texts and emails from thousands of ICE agents and border patrol agents excited about the rumor I’m coming back,” said Homan, the former Immigration and Customs Enforcement acting director.

“But more important than that, thousands of retired agents, retired border patrol agents, retired military [want] to come in an volunteer to help this president secure the border and do the deportation operation,” Homan said.

Why anyone reads the Times remains a mystery. In its story, the NYT never mentioned Ibarra’s country of origin: Venezuela. The census population is used to to determine house seats. There is always fighting about how illegals should not be counted because they are not citizens but add seats. Could we change it so illegals are counted but are counted as negative 1 as far as house seats to encourage states to only support US citizens?

Homeless Shelter Execs Make Huge Salaries and Hire Family Members, DOI Report Finds

City-funded shelter providers collecting millions of dollars to provide shelter to a near-record number of homeless New Yorkers are rife with nepotism, bloated executive pay and double-dipping, according to an extensive report released by the city’s Department of Investigation on Thursday.

The 94-page report took a deep dive into the finances of 51 of the city’s largest nonprofit shelter providers and found that all of them had at least one issue of concern, while several had multiple red flags investigators brought to the Department of Homeless Services.

“When it comes to protecting the vast taxpayer resources that City-funded nonprofits receive, prevention is key,” said DOI Commissioner Jocelyn E. Strauber said in a statement. “City-funded nonprofit service providers pose unique compliance and governance risks, and comprehensive City oversight is the best way to stop corruption, fraud, and waste before it starts.”

Has anyone read/heard about a couple in Aurora, Colorado who were kidnapped and tortured (fingernails ripped out) because they called the police about TdA? Happened at the same complex that reported the gang crime. My husband read it on Daily Mail (posted Dec 18th) but we haven't heard anything since.

Interesting Holiday pyrotechnics in the NYC subway system, at the Coney Island Brooklyn station: a woman passenger dozing in her seat was doused with lighter fluid and set afire, burning to a crisp. Ponder that Yuletide scene for a moment, Clusterf#kkers. Yes, it's a hot time in the Big Apple in 2024. The celebrant is an illegal from Guatemala -- who even hung around to witness the results of his handiwork. This comes a day after the NYPD Chief of Police resigned after reports of him demanding sexual favors from female officers in exchange for granting overtime pay. To quote the Chief "I might be Chief of Police, but I'm also a Ni__er.".

What can one say? Except that opening the borders to 20 million illegals in 4 years, combined with the DEI endeavors since about 2018, are really paying off.

I quibble with number 2 in regards to Hispanics and Asians, both of whom I grew up with. The high school I attended was roughly 2/3 Hispanic, 1/3 Asian in the SGV.

1st gen legal immigrants and their families have no bias against whites and couldn’t care less about colonialism. They are here for only two reasons. Better life for family, and for the political and life freedom we enjoy. These are people who had to work hard to legally immigrate here and absolutely want to be here and become citizens.

Then we move onto to 3rd gen and beyond Hispanics. The ones perpetually in lower middle class blue color and below can be quite racist and blame whitey. It’s not about racism really but more that these sad sack assholes are lazy and everyone else outperforms them financially. So their easy blame game is whitey. Then you get the guys born out of this culture that can’t do physical work. But they are naturally born of the genetics of these people. So they are really dumb as well. So they go to jc for a couple years and then to a really bottom end Cal State like LA or Dominguez or Northridge and major in ethnic studies and other stupidity, pass with C’s and D’s, and become teachers, work for non profits, and other loser jobs where a degree offers a door. Note that they are still lower middle class despite getting a degree. These nerds pound the colonialism war drum to anyone who will listen and stoke racist fires in their neighborhood. And it’s all really stupid bullshit pounded by dumb people.

The remaining Hispanics go on to kick serious ass. Whether it’s with a degree, or as a plumber, electrician, union worker, or other form of high wage semi skilled worker. And it’s why huge swaths of so cal are now majority Latino middle and upper middle class…Downey, Whittier, La Mirada, Fullerton, West Covina, Lakewood, Hacienda Heights, etc and that’s just some of it in Los Angeles. These guys are aware of the past but don’t let it hold them down. They’ve grabbed the American dream and hold onto it for their kids. Sometimes they rub off on a dumb family member.
