The idea is logical. Make sure it's chain restaurants though. Don't hurt the small guys. Employer mandates have been the only thing I've heard of here in IL. No customer vaccine card "reporting" or whatever you want to call it.

This virus is manipulation. I played volleyball last weekend with a guy that tested positive the next day (found out today). So surface contamination of the ball, indoors after the game. Nothing. No one else is sick either. Instead of Pfizer or J&J, maybe be need to focus on the labs? He's not sick or anything. This is a fucking joke.

I don't like any of this shit. I'd rather shut down a Chili's or Applebees though. The small guys play along because they have to and stay alive. Chili's doesn't. They can just offer out more stock.

I don't like their compliance, but I'd rather see small business make it versus the big corps that are thriving on these shutdowns versus smaller places that don't comply. It's all bull shit either way.

I went to the Warehouse Café in Port Costa last week. Big "Must Be Masked" signs out front. No masks inside. The county health department requires the sign. Punish the enforcers, be they the county or the business.

Small business is struggling. Help them IF they're deserving. Fuck the collaborators.

I didn't want to argue with my father. I told him he is his own best health advocate right after I asked him if he remembered what my feelings were about the vax.

Does anyone have any studies or sources that suggest the vaccines can actually hurt natural immunity? I swear I read or saw something that the 2nd dose of an mRNA vaccine could be harmful to the immunity of those already infected.

Seems as predicted they are co-mingling vaccine morbidity and calling it Covid causality, in the best compromise to promote the agenda. It is at hazard of making the vaccines appear ineffective if not inductive, but that's OK, there are a lot more lies in the quiver.

They won't read it. Wine is outnumbered. Family situations are tricky. If 3 of 4 siblings are vaccinated, it's a done deal most likely. I'd say 95% chance they get vaccinated. Peer pressure and familial pressure is legit. Sometimes it's not worth the fight even if there's a negative outcome.

If something negative happens with vaccination, the key is to not do the "I told ya so" moment. Let them soak it in and they generally should realize their mistake. I have 4 sister in laws and plenty of drama. One BIL committed suicide. She just gave birth at 37 to a baby that dad has no interest in. My other SIL has 6 DUI's with 4 convictions and we now how my nephew. Another one is 30 and was bitching that mom didn't pay her cell phone bill before I dropped her off at O'hare so her husband could play a professional sport. The final sister in law is stealing from my dead father in laws former business. Mom's an alcoholic and pill popper.

Family is a blast... lol. I've managed some shitty situations. Some managed well, some not well. Your best bet is to let family figure it out if you're not the cause of the issue. Basically stay out of it if you disagree. Money, health, spouses, etc. Not your problem. You cannot control other people, especially when there's a consensus against your point of view.

Everyone has some form of the problem. I've learned to just shut up and help where I can. Karma so to speak. I can't stand any of my sister in laws. Mother in law showed up drunk with my kids and nephew this afternoon... she drove them after an overnight at her place. Last time...

4 Sisters total. Only one is tolerable for more than a day or two. She doesn't pay her own cell phone bill or car insurance at 30 years old. Her husband plays professional sports and gets paid okay. Sorry, don't want to dox myself too much and say the sport.

My wife is the oldest and by a long shot most successful out of the 5 girls. Jealousy is brutal within families. A fuck ton of darts and digs are thrown our way. We've learned it's part of the game. Wish it wasn't, but you can't let it upset you. If they were smarter, they'd be doing better than you and you'd respect their opinion more. They're idiots. Mom has zero family leadership skills and is an alcoholic. Get togethers almost certainly result in a blow up of some sort.

You should never take personal insult from somebody you don't think is correct. As a result, you should ignore it when anybody is calling your stupid, crazy, moronic, dumb, etc unless you suspect they are correct. You don't need to defend yourself against such "criticism".

Likewise, you never call anybody stupid, crazy, moronic, or dumb. Only evaluate their position, and ask them for their reasoning and explain your reasoning that you followed to come to your conclusion. Do not be upset when somebody who has insulted you is correct and you are wrong. When somebody points out an error in your reasoning or logic, they have done you a favor.

People, very incorrectly, believe that accepting they are wrong is a sign of weakness. It's the opposite. As you learn to accept your errors, over and over again, eventually, you rarely make errors in logic and reasoning.

The only time I get angry with somebody in a discussion is if I believe they are expressing an opinion, they don't actually hold. They are trying to misinform me either actively, or unconsciously. Essentially, they are drawing me into a conversation to simply waste my time.

It would be some work to find the URLs for them, but the scientists are saying this.

I'm pretty sure Geert Vanden Bossche talks about how the vaxx lowers your "innate immunity" but I have a hard time understanding the immunology:

So you get a few weeks of enhanced susceptibility, then a few months at most of some limited protections, all for the price of some significant short term risk and completely unknowable long term risks. What a deal.
