Reed Hastings had some great ideas in 2009. Actually they were obvious ideas but most corporations are too fearful and political to implement them.

For example, people should be paid based on what they accomplish instead of how many hours they put in.

Only you can be insulted if you allow it, you cannot be insulted unless you allow yourself to be. You allow yourself to take offense. Somebody that calls me a name, if I don't respect them or their opinion, how can I be insulted by it? It's weakness to be able to be insulted by somebody you, supposedly, don't respect - that you don't envy or respect. Can you really be insulted by a drug addict street bum? Differentiate between intimidation/threats and insults.

Somebody that vehemently disagrees with me, as soon as they start calling me names, that's an irrational volatile and emotional retard to me.
