Tech titan Elon Musk, who has been advising President-elect Donald Trump, doubled down on his calls to prosecute former chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci.
“My pronouns are still prosecute/Fauci,” Musk wrote on X on Tuesday.
The post was a reply to a pro-Trump account with the handle “Insurrection Barbie.”
“Fauci retired from the federal bureaucracy as the highest paid government employee, with a $480,654 salary. His pension is estimated to cost 355,000 per year. ...
“So it’s stunning that in addition to all of that, we spent $15 million on his security for the past two years. That’s $15 million dollars that nobody asked us if we wanted to fork over to America’s richest bureaucrat. Let’s not forget the royalties he made from the vaccine manufacturers for pushing that shot. How much was that again? Like 5 million dollars?” the post said.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) suggested Matt Gaetz will punish those responsible for “crimes against humanity” during the Covid-19 pandemic during a hearing on Thursday.
While discussing the country’s response to the pandemic in the hearing — titled “Preparing for Future Pandemics” — Greene railed against Dr. Anthony Fauci, former chief medical advisor to President Joe Biden, claiming he “lied to the American people” by “abusing his power and position.”
Greene also called out the government for its “repulsive” mask mandates and added that children were the “worst victims of malpractice and abuse of power.” She previously compared the mandates to the Holocaust. ...
“Preparing for the next pandemic is actually recognizing that the last pandemic resulted in crimes against humanity,” Greene said. “People that perpetuated and continue to perpetuate these crimes need to be prosecuted, and that needs to be starting in the next administration; and I’m pretty sure our next attorney general will do that and I look forward to seeing that happen.”
Covid-19 most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China, the US Congressional Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic has concluded in a 520-page report, following a two-year investigation.
It discovered that the virus possessed a biological characteristic absent in nature, and data indicated that all Covid-19 cases stemmed from a single introduction to humans, reinforcing the ‘lab leak’ theory.
The report claims that the Chinese government, agencies within the US government, and some members of the international scientific community “sought to cover up facts concerning the origins of the pandemic.” ...
According to the report, China’s leading research laboratory for coronaviruses in Wuhan “has a history of conducting gain-of-function research at inadequate biosafety levels.” The document claims that researchers at the lab “were sick with a COVID-like virus in the fall of 2019, months before COVID-19 was discovered at the wet market.” “By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced,” it went on to say. ...
That same year, Dr. Anthony Fauci – the chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden at the time who faced intense criticism for his handling of the pandemic – said the implication that lab research led to the Covid-19 pandemic is “unconscionable” and “molecularly impossible.”
The report by the Select Committee also blasted the response of officials, saying, “members and staff have exposed high-level corruption in America’s public health system, confirmed the most likely origin of the pandemic, held COVID-19 bad actors publicly accountable, fostered bipartisan consensus on consequential pandemic-era issues.”
Trump also delivered what sounded like a threat to certain unnamed parties. He said, “And we hope we don’t have any intervening problems, because things happen. Like out of nowhere came the China virus. Out of nowhere came other things. We hope that won’t happen.”
Congress to Fund New Biolab Construction, Deadly Pathogen Research, Coming Influenza Pandemic, Vaccines: Speaker Johnson’s New 1,500-Page Spending Bill
Follows government’s waiver of oversight over dangerous gain-of-function experiments.
The United States government is looking to bankroll the construction of new biolabs, risky experiments on dangerous pathogens, the coordination of an apparently incoming influenza pandemic, and vaccines in a new spending bill.
Raising significant concerns about biosecurity risks and ethical governance, lawmakers say a vote will be held tonight.
They will have had less than a day to read the more than 1,500-page bill.
Jenner Furst: Secret Chinese Biotech Programs, and the Documentary That Could Put Dr. Fauci in Jail
Why isn’t Tony Fauci in prison? You’ll wonder after you watch “Thank You, Dr. Fauci,” now out on TCN. Jenner Furst made the documentary. Even if you think you know a lot, this is an amazing conversation.

This morning, the Wall Street Journal ran an “Exclusive” headlined “Behind Closed Doors: The Spy World Scientists Who Argued Covid Was a Lab Leak.” The long-form, multimedia-rich story had all the hallmarks of a deep-state limited hangout.
Never forget that even asking the question about covid’s Wuhan laboratory origins was disinformation that could get you canceled off social media and maybe even fired from your job. Heaven help you if you forwarded a lab-leak meme or something.
But today, the Wall Street Journal ran a deep dive supporting the agencies and scientists who believed in the lab leak. The article (gently) criticized the Biden Administration for ignoring the alternative theory. ...
Call me cynical, but I think the deep state expects a stinker of a report from the Inspector General soon, and so we get this anonymously sourced limited hangout.
The article provides an enormous amount of insider detail. FBI microbiologist Richard Bannan waited for a car that never came to take him to a White House briefing. Three Defense Intelligence Agency scientists wrote a classified internal memo that was excluded from the agency’s final report, and were told to stop working with the FBI. We learned about an argument between FBI bioterror scientists and National Intelligence Council agents over including a chart comparing covid to prior animal-to-human pandemics.
How did the Wall Street Journal learn about all these insider details? Why were are all these spooks from many different agencies allowed to talk to reporters? Why now? The Journal never quoted any of the many named agency scientists, not directly. It only generically cited, over and over, unnamed “people familiar with the matter.”
One cannot help but suspect that, with a new Trump Administration poised to take control of the intelligence agencies, especially the FBI, up to several levels deep, and with an IG report poised to appear, some people in those agencies may have concluded it was time to start the damage control.
Why is this dusty old argument important? If the Trump Administration formally concludes what is now painfully obvious, that the most destructive virus in human history negligently emerged from a Chinese lab, then the next natural question will be who is responsible? At that point, the Chinese will surely start pointing their fingers, too, and upon whom will all those fingers of blame ultimately land?
(50:58) Exposing DARPA's Shadowy “Project DEFUSE”
Summary:
EcoHealth’s DEFUSE Proposal Exposed: In 2018, EcoHealth Alliance submitted a proposal to DARPA, codenamed DEFUSE, outlining plans to deploy aerosolized immune modulators, chimeric spike proteins, and/or self-spreading vaccines via drones, potentially over humans.
Aerosolized Vaccination on Humans: DEFUSE documents explicitly describe large-area aerosol delivery systems for “inoculation of animals/humans,” raising the question of whether these plans were executed on unsuspecting populations.
Drone Deployment and Pandemic Origin: The DEFUSE proposal and DARPA’s advanced drone programs suggest a chilling possibility: that drones may have played a role in the COVID-19 pandemic, challenging the mainstream lab-leak narrative.
DARPA’s Connection to Moderna: By 2012, DARPA was already working with Moderna on RNA-based spike protein vaccines. A 2016 Moderna patent contains a genetic sequence with a one-in-3-trillion match to the pandemic virus, igniting claims of bioengineering origins.
Suppression of DEFUSE Details: Whistleblower revelations show attempts by DARPA and intelligence agencies to classify and censor DEFUSE-related research. U.S. senators have demanded investigations into these actions.
Self-Spreading Vaccines and Gain-of-Function: DEFUSE documents reveal plans for self-disseminating vaccines and host-to-host therapeutic distribution, indicating the potential use of engineered viruses as vaccine delivery systems.
Unprecedented Drone Funding Surge: A 26% spike in military drone funding in 2019 aligns with DEFUSE’s timeline and its drone-based aerosol delivery technologies, hinting at pre-pandemic preparations.
International Drone Use During COVID-19: Governments worldwide deployed drones for “disinfecting,” but studies debunk the effectiveness of this practice, raising suspicion about the true purpose of these operations.
A Coordinated Bioengineering Agenda?: The alignment of DEFUSE, DARPA, and drone advancements reveals an unsettling intersection of gain-of-function research, bioweaponized delivery systems, and self-spreading vaccines.
Urgent Transparency Needed: The DEFUSE project raises alarming questions about the origins of COVID-19, the ethics of aerosolized bioengineering, and the U.S. government’s role in these developments. The public deserves truth and accountability, especially considering a potentially incoming bird flu pandemic.
The two top treatments known to be effective early on were Ivermectin and HCQ. Major Murphy reported, “Ivermectin (identified as curative in April 2020) works through all phases of the illness because it inhibits viral replication and modulates the immune response,” He also reported that “Hydroxychloroquine HCQ (identified as curative in April 2020), is identified in the EcoHealth proposal as a SARSr-CoV inhibitor”. Those who undertook the research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology and created SARSr-CoV-WIV knew before they started playing around with bat coronaviruses that Ivermectin and HCQ were effective treatments in the event of exposure.
Fauci's Pardon Cannot Protect Him from State Crimes or Civil Lawsuits
Montana could prosecute Fauci for violating state laws on pathogen handling, animal welfare, or transparency during controversial coronavirus experiments at Rocky Mountain Laboratories in 2018.
The most serious allegation against Dr. Fauci during the COVID-19 pandemic is that he funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China, which may have contributed to the creation and subsequent lab leak of the virus, and that he then covered up these actions.
Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has called for Dr. Anthony Fauci to be prosecuted and potentially face jail time for allegedly lying to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. ...
Under the U.S. Constitution, a presidential pardon applies strictly to federal offenses.
The pardon has no bearing on state-level investigations or charges.
Former President Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons to Dr. Anthony Fauci, retired Army Gen. Mark Milley, members of the January 6 House Select Committee and members of his family on the last day of his term of office. One prominent critic of the concept of preemptive pardons during Trump’s first term was then-Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California, who was one of the committee members to whom Biden granted clemency on Monday.
“Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime, who’s just an innocent person? Have you ever heard of that? Just somebody getting a blanket pardon and they’re an innocent person.” MSNBC host Joy Reid asked Schiff in 2020. “No, it’s the president’s own family. It’s people that have been covering up for the president in addition to his own family,” he responded.
Later in the video, when asked by CNN host Wolf Blitzer if accepting the pardons would be viewed as an “admission of guilt,” Schiff answered in the affirmative.
“I certainly would view it that way. I think millions of Americans would view it that way,” Schiff replied at the time. “If there was no belief in criminality, why would he think a pardon was necessary?”
Former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann echoed similar sentiments in an appearance with MSNBC host Brian Williams.
“Is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive pardons for family members? Would you do that if you knew you were innocent and just worried about outside forces?” Williams asked.
“The answer to that is going to be no,” Weissmann responded. “If you haven’t done anything wrong, you sit there and go, what do you need a preemptive pardon for?”
Elie Mystal, a frequent guest on MSNBC, hinted that state and local prosecutors were a backstop against pardons from Trump.
Will “Joe Biden” wave his pardon wand over Tony Fauci, Francis Collins, Scott Gottlieb, Deborah Birx, Rochelle Walensky, and dozens of other public health officials who sprung the Covid-19 operation and the deadly vaccinations on the country? Or Ralph Baric, hunkered out of sight in his Carolina lab? You realize, of course, that the orgy of illness and death from that is hardly over. For four years under “JB” the truth has been obfuscated and buried, because none of those characters has really had to answer for anything.
Fauci’s pardon cleared the way for something arguably more important.
Listen carefully: Fauci did not work alone. For years, Fauci has covered for a small army of co-conspirators, fellow scientists at the NIH and elsewhere, Fauci’s arms and legs, who carried out his evil schemes (and who aren’t 84 years old).
And who did not get pardons.
Consider all the NIH scientists who made millions from covid shot patents and who have never disclosed that conflict of interest. Think about UNC Professor Ralph Baric, who helped design the spike protein. Think about treasonous EcoHealth CEO Peter Daszak and everyone else on EcoHealth’s board, who all helped engineer the disastrous bioweapon in lockstep with the Communist Chinese military.
None of those people got pardons. And they all need jail cells. In a perverse way, Fauci’s pardon clears him off the deck, exposing the next crime layer down, a layer including the people who actually did the dirty work. With the human cockroach out of the picture, rightly or wrongly, we can now pursue Fauci’s many co-conspirators, who are just as guilty than he is, if not more so. And there are a lot of them.
Rand Paul: Fauci Pardon "Seals the Deal" That He Was Behind COVID
Sen. Rand Paul says President Biden giving the doctor immunity shows he was responsible for the pandemic.
Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out worldwide in early 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci has been at the center of it.
Five years later, with 20 million dead worldwide, with so many questions unanswered officially about the origins of the virus, who might have been behind it, who might have funded it, who got it right and who got it wrong during the massive shutdowns and lockdowns of American society and beyond…
No one has been held accountable.
Senator Rand Paul has said it has been Fauci who must be held accountable. ...
Preemptive pardons - pardoning people who haven’t even been charged with or found guilty of a crime yet - is unprecedented in American politics.
Anthony Fauci, the country's highest-paid and most corrupt federal employee, is at the center of the massive deep-state corruption of the 2020s.
He has had the gall to lie to Congress and gaslight the US population, in his last-ditch efforts to clear his name of all of his wrongdoings. Fauci’s repetitive lies have resulted in many deaths. No faction of the US government should be strong enough to protect a criminal like this.
If Fauci is not arrested for his crimes, this will send a dangerous message to the world. All of the actions that governments committed under the guise of public health were atrocious and pseudoscientific, and we need to send a very clear message that our constitution and medical freedoms will never be violated in the future. If not, then we can only expect worse things in the future.
Unprecedented and unconstitiutional.

This is perhaps the greatest crime against humanity ever committed by a small group of people: Fauci, Daszak, and the Bat-lady in Wuhan.
https://patrick.net/post/1339251/2021-05-16-incredibly-long-detailed-evidence-that
There should be nothing else in the headlines, only this.
Fauci has a long history of funding gain-of-function research to facilitate the creation of viruses which can be used to sell vaccines for large profits.
Anyone who has read a decent mystery novel will see the means, motive, and opportunity were all there. It's obvious in retrospect.
Until Fauci is in jail, we are all in danger of his doing it again, and again, and again, or having some minion like Daszak do it. Why is there no official investigation going on?
As RFK Jr. put it: "A $200 billion enterprise would’ve collapsed if Fauci had admitted that Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin were effective against covid." https://twitter.com/DiedSuddenly/status/1685830247139168256
