The new mask recommendations are a disgraceful debacle, doomed to fail...again

As soon as politicians, media members and incompetent and terrified “experts” became ideologically committed to ineffective interventions, they could never end.

The CDC has been the most reliable and consistent contributor to destructive and functionally useless mask recommendations. They’ve used unconscionably bad, dangerously incompetent and misleading “studies,” along with hilariously useless “hairdresser” examples to “prove” mask efficacy. Finally though, after throwing out their own pre-pandemic planning documents to promote a policy with no demonstrable benefits, the CDC displayed confidence in the “safe and effective” vaccines and removed their useless mask guidelines just two and a half months ago.

And yet. It’s all happening. The CDC flip flopped again. Masks are back.

Many of us arguing against lockdowns and masks and other related and equally ineffective “mitigations” have been pointing out for months now that the CDC has been unbelievably bad at their literal one job. We’ve been pointing out that the CDC’s credibility has been irreparably damaged based on their demonstrable incompetence and ever changing messaging with unchanging certainty. But no one, and I mean no one, could have foreseen that the death blow to the CDC’s credibility would come from the CDC itself.

I guess it shouldn’t be as surprising as it is that they put the final nail in their own coffin, but somehow their devotion to pseudoscience never ceases to amaze.

Bringing back masks is the end. It has to be. They were unequivocal in their assertions that the available vaccines were remarkably effective at preventing infections and transmission, symptomatic illness, severe cases and ultimately deaths.

Yesterday’s announcement is completely incompatible with their previous statements and should be an inescapable disaster for the country’s trust in “public health” and what the CDC, Fauci and others laughably refer to as “science.”

So let’s go over this unfolding debacle!

April 1
INTELLIGENCER HEADLINE: “CDC Data Suggests Vaccinated Don’t Carry, Can’t Spread Virus”
Got that? No hemming and hawing, no uncertainty, no “don’t spread the virus as much,” it literally says that the vaccinated CAN NOT SPREAD THE VIRUS. CAN NOT. It’s not possible for them to spread it, that’s what the “data” says.

Here’s a direct quote from the CDC director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky:

“Vaccinated people do not carry the virus — they don’t get sick,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday. That’s “not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real-world data.”

They do not carry the virus and do not get sick. Focus on the “they do not carry the virus” part for a second. If vaccinated people can’t carry it, how can they spread it?

They can’t! That’s what the CDC says:

Walensky was referring to a new CDC study that suggests those fully inoculated with the vaccines produced by Moderna and Pfizer don’t transmit the virus.

So naturally,

“The authorized vaccines are the key tool that will help bring an end to this devastating pandemic.”

They are the key tool. Masks used to be, of course, but now vaccines will end the pandemic. Let’s keep that in mind. ...

July 27
CNBC Headline: “CDC reverses indoor mask policy, saying fully vaccinated people and kids should wear them indoors”
There it is. The destruction of any remaining shreds of credibility the CDC and Fauci had left.

So what was the justification for this dramatic shift? The delta variant! The same variant that Fauci said the vaccines did “very well” against. ...

“If you actually wanted to shake-up the CDC, what you would do is use a little bit of epistemic humility. You’d actually look at their system and say, okay, what if we shrank what it is that we say that we can do?”

“But that’s not what the CDC is doing,” Shapiro explained. “Their argument is they need more power. Their big mistake is that they weren’t forceful enough during the last pandemic. So when they say shake-up, what they mean is give us more power.”

The CDC seems to think nobody will notice its crimes, and the crimes of its sister agencies, FDA, NIAID, NIH (and the White House Task Force) if it strolls jauntily into the fall season whistling a happy a tune: Nevermind Covid anymore, la la la…. Did I say crimes? Yes, I did. As in gross violations of the law and the basic social contract.

They lied about their roles in the nefarious origins of SARS CoV-2. They conjured up — already had waiting, actually — dangerous genetic treatments masquerading as “vaccines” and then they faked the safety trials to rush them into use. They denied people proper, effective treatments with inexpensive drugs and killed them with ventilators and remdesivir — solely to maintain a fraudulent emergency use authorization (EUA) that shielded “vaccine” companies from lawsuits. Once the “vaccines’ were widely distributed — and forced upon many people with mandates — they confabulated and hid information about adverse reactions and deaths. They destroyed countless small businesses, livelihoods, households, and hindered children’s development with lockdowns. And they used both social and news media to censor their critics in direct violation of the first amendment. That’s all.

Oh, one more thing: they destroyed modern medicine. They will probably assist in the destruction of law, too, because the legal system will never be able to handle the volume of lawsuits against all parties involved in the Covid “vaccine” mass slaughter — including the corporations that forced their employees to get vaxxed and the pharma companies themselves, who will lose their EUA protections once their fraud is proven. And they will hasten the death of an already ailing financial system that can’t bear the wealth transfers implied in the foregoing (on top of the worst debt crisis in human history).

You think I exaggerate? We’re sailing into the flu season with millions of people whose immune systems are wrecked by multiple shots of mRNA novelty drugs. They are also susceptible to many viruses and bacteria which normally lurk in everybody’s bodily ecosystem, but would be controlled by otherwise healthy immune systems. Likewise, their hacked immune systems are no longer able to suppress cancers — many forms of which are already way up above normal statistical levels. Not to mention damage done to cardiovascular systems by spike proteins, which linger in human bodies for more than a year after “vaccine” shots, as well as neurological and brain damage.

Former Wall Street analyst Edward Dowd said yesterday (Aug 18) that a Society of Actuaries report just made public shows that a 20 percent uptick in excess deaths among working age people, which began with vaxx mandates in the fall of 2021, continued into the second quarter of 2022. Actuaries are the people who compile and analyze statistics for insurance companies.

So, all week the CDC has been walking-back one “guidance” after another. No more compulsory testing, no more contact-tracing, no more social distancing, no more treating the unvaxxed differently than the vaxxed (though the “Joe Biden” regime still won’t allow unvaxxed travelers into the USA), no more vaxx mandates (except, apparently, the US military). Oh, and they’ve conceded that their “vaccines” do not remain in the deltoid muscle, but actually leak all over the body. Note: whatever else the public health agencies are saying or doing right now, they are still promoting the mRNA vaccines, and lying about their safety and effectiveness — because if they told the truth, they would be completely discredited and surely subject to criminal prosecution. And they are still suppressing cheap and effective treatment protocols while promoting remdesivir and the useless (plus expensive) Paxlovid.

The CDC capped the week’s walk-back campaign by announcing a major overhaul of how the agency works. (The FDA and other public health entities made no such promises.) CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, fronting for other little-known federal bigwigs actually called in to clean-up after her, made the hilarious statement: “I look forward to working with the incredible people at CDC and our partners to realize the agency’s fullest potential to benefit the health and well-being of all Americans.” What a dim bulb. Does she know the definition of the word incredible? (Here it is: impossible to believe.)

Of course, the more sobering picture is that virtually all American institutions are now incredible, impossible to believe, starting from the top: “Joe Biden” as president. The executive branch of the government is being run by Barack Obama and a claque around him and is being run into the ground either on-purpose or out of astounding incompetence. Attorney General Merrick Garland flamboyantly disgraces the very idea of justice with Stalinesque political prosecutions. FBI Director Christopher Wray flouts every attempt to extract the truth about his agency’s operations, and at least half the country believes he’s turned it into a secret police operation like the Gestapo. The college presidents and deans have dishonored the idea of truth-seeking with their cowardly submission to Jacobin-Marxist maniacs and their program of anti-knowledge. And who in America really trusts his doctor? (Not me. Mine is the “chief medical officer” of my network and he’s still pushing “vaccines.”)

We allowed this to happen. We tolerated this exorbitant abuse by runaway authorities-gone-criminal. We let them get away with their bullshit about “defending our democracy” when they are actively and visibly destroying it. Serious people must be seriously asking themselves: what will it take to stop them now?

I think that only applies to quarantine rules. Interestingly none of the CDC guidance ever recommended that any institution require vaccination for anything. So I don’t see how the new CDC guidance is going to lead to any school, museum, theater, or employer stopping their vax-based discrimination. If anyone knows of any such institution changing their policy to treat the unvaccinated absolutely equally as a result of this new guidance, let me know.

Straight from the horse’s mouth:

https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2022/p0811-covid-guidance.html

“Recommending screening [sic] testing of asymptomatic people without known exposures will no longer be recommended in most community settings.”

So what does this mean for places that have had a “vax or test negative” rule? Are these places dropping the test and if so will they admit all or exclude all unvaccinated as a result?
169   Undoctored   2022 Aug 22, 6:08pm

I’m sending the following query to offending institutions:

“The CDC no longer recommends screening the asymptomatic for COVID-19, and all their rules treat the vaccinated and unvaccinated the same. In light of this will you now be admitting in all visitors without them needing to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test for? If not, why not?”

I’m guessing they will all keep their policy precisely because the CDC is acknowledged by all to be irrelevant. The sword cuts both ways.

Does this mean my friend who was fired for refusing the jab can sue her ex employer?
172   Undoctored   2022 Aug 29, 1:23pm

@Onvacation she will have a good chance if she requested a religious accommodation and it was refused. See this case, where the settlement terms were drawn up even before the CDC’s August revision:

https://cookcountyrecord.com/stories/629535956-northshore-to-pay-10m-to-settle-covid-vax-mandate-lawsuit-fired-workers-could-get-25k-and-their-jobs-back

But every institution with any kind of vaccination requirement is doing so without the blessing of the CDC. Seems like a clear cut violation of the ADA to me. The CDC has never determined that the medical category of “unvaccinated” poses a direct threat so no discrimination at all is allowed regardless of religion. So yeah, go ahead and sue. This should have been done long ago.

For fucks sake, it's a valid excuse that "I believe the great invisible entity in the sky forbids this", but "this doesn't make any fucking sense to me, and you can't explain how it makes any sense - so fuck you" is not valid.

I swear to god, the whole purpose is to push society into insanity or to at least claim insanity.

There's religious exemptions, but not RATIONAL exemptions.

This is an untested serum for a disease which kills practically nobody, and if the serum actually works, the only people at risk, are the people that refused the serum. If, however, the untested serum doesn't work, it can harm or even kill the person that takes it.

This is logical, can't be refuted, it's entirely logical and consistent, but people have to appeal to a supposed believe in god.

One thing that defines a religion is what it says you should and should not put into your body. Most religions have their dietary and bodily purity laws. When CDC recommendations (they do recommend vaccines for individuals don’t get me wrong) and guidelines are enforced, we get the “establishment of religion” prohibited by the constitution. Don’t forget, religious freedom also means nonbelievers have the right to not participate in a religion. Claim your religious freedom from the Church of Deceptive Countermeasures today!

This is true. You can't get a death jab exemption based on reason, only based on things you can't prove at all.
179   Undoctored   2022 Aug 31, 8:53pm

But seriously. In theory at least you can rightfully file a religious accommodation claim without being religious, because “sincerely held moral beliefs” also count.

https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/questions-and-answers-religious-discrimination-workplace

Religious beliefs include theistic beliefs (i.e. those that include a belief in God) as well as non-theistic “moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong which are sincerely held with the strength of traditional religious views.”

Perhaps for example you think it is wrong to comply with an order that violates a basic human right?

In any case I agree the Propaganda masters are trying to spin this as a matter of scientific fact vs irrational belief, so they want to make you think you need to confess your irrationality to preserve your right to refuse medication. But it’s really a matter of irrational CDC dogma vs common sense.

The fact is, you can refuse to follow the CDC’s proclamations as a matter of religion, science, or sincerely held moral principle.

@Undoctored

In practice, 100% of “sincerely held moral beliefs” are denied.

Learned this from a religious exemption workshop I attended. The law is irrelevant because it is completely ignored by appointed officials and there is zero recourse. They have absolute power, and they are almost entirely Democrats.

This just in:

https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2022/s0901-covid-19-booster.html

The following is attributable to Dr. Walensky:

“The updated COVID-19 boosters are formulated to better protect against the most recently circulating COVID-19 variant. They can help restore protection that has waned since previous vaccination and were designed to provide broader protection against newer variants. This recommendation followed a comprehensive scientific evaluation and robust scientific discussion. If you are eligible, there is no bad time to get your COVID-19 booster and I strongly encourage you to receive it.”

Wasn’t Dr Walensky recently quoted as saying the CDC had been a too “optimistic”? Has she learned her lesson? Well for one now there’s no actual claim of efficacy at all, not 95% not even 30% just some vague “help restore protection.” But there’s been a “robust” scientific discussion. Wait shouldn’t we ask our doctor if it’s right for us first? Oh, “there is no bad time” huh? You don’t know a thing about me but you “strongly urge” me to take it? I mean wow if they were recklessly optimistic before what’s this?

Give me super powers and I'll freely work with lepers and homosexuals with monkeypox, and do it with no income with no fear of starvation. But I continued to kill mosquitoes and have no regrets about that.

https://babylonbee.com/news/cdc-warns-of-new-stealth-covid-variant-where-you-test-negative-and-get-no-symptoms

ATLANTA, GA — CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky held a press conference to warn the public about a deadly new "stealth" COVID-19 variant that causes negative test results and causes no symptoms.

"This deadly variant has bypassed our most sophisticated tests by ingeniously becoming harmless to the human body," said Director Walensky, "It is estimated that eight billion people have caught this variant. We must prevent it from spreading further by closing schools and locking up kindergarten children."

The CDC director's guidance to close schools and stem the tide of this "stealth" variant is backed by data that has been thoroughly and rigorously altered, proving that public school teachers are the most susceptible, testing negative a whopping 100% of the time and often succumbing to the worst symptom-free symptoms.

At publishing time, Pfizer had announced early development of a new, 103% effective vaccine, followed 3.8 seconds later by approval from the FDA.

Vaccine injury is really really expensive. Vaccine injury in children roughly doubles educational costs and vaccine injury in all ages massively increases healthcare costs. That’s why it’s Pharma’s business model.

I naïvely thought (coming out of my Ph.D. program in 2019) that the costs of vaccine injury are so extraordinary, that politicians would be desperate to have a conversation about how to prevent these harms (give far fewer shots, it’s not complicated).

The California Democratic Party came up with a different idea — just kick the vaccine injured and their families out of school and out of the state. That’s what SB 277 (2015) and SB 276 (2019) did. In California today, there are no religious, philosophical, or medical exemptions to vaccination. If your kid brother died or was disabled from a shot you still have to get the full CDC schedule in order to attend school. If you were disabled by a shot, you are exempt from further doses of that one shot but no others. Any doctor who tries to write a medical exemption will lose his/her license. This goes against a century of best practices in medicine. ...

If these eugenic policies are allowed to stand, they will just grow and get worse (as vaccine injury comes to consume an ever-larger share of the economy and Dems respond with even weirder subconscious policies). Covid-19 shots must be removed from the market entirely. All mandate bills must be repealed. Pharma must be made liable for the harms caused by their products. Those are the minimum requirement necessary for us to return to being a civilized society.
