I didn't pursue this rabbit hole farther. Next step is finding out if that white house meeting happened, how it went, and what her position is now.

The thing about theories and speculation is, they're supposed to be PREDICTIVE tools. It's a lifelong iterative process, and every time you do it on every topic, you're programming your neural net. Every bit of false information you allow yourself to believe contaminates your internal worldview and makes your predictive abilities less and less reliable in accordance with the GIGO law. Trying to digest and classify new information among a bunch of corrupt information and gathering methods becomes the epistemological equivalent to following your Tomtom's directions uncritically all the way to the bottom of a boat launch ramp.
If the tweet channel stopped 9/15, what OTHER channels of information can be used to follow up on this story and see how it played out? Did she go to that white house meeting? Does T&T report officially recognized cases of testicular swelling in the country? Did Minaj or the officials NAME the person and confirm if the problem really existed and does it persist?
Without following up on these questions, in my opinion this story hangs in the "unable to assign a true/false attribute using currently available information" category.

There simply is not enough information to conclusively determine which is true.
