So having OSHA tell employers to don't do stupid stuff that harms or kills their employees, is moot. When they are already liable for as is most people in society. For inflicting harm on others.

The whole Administrative State is a problem.
Departments composed of un-elected officials are effectively legislating.
We should get rid of a host of agencies, OSHA, Dept of Education, etc.
Back in the Gingrich Days this was openly discussed and was gradually gaining steam, until he was removed by Establishment Republicans.
