There’s one more BIG REASON why they don’t have Biden resign and let Kamala take over.
They’ll lose their tie-breaker in the Senate if Kamala is no longer the VP! And, the Constitution states, if a new VP is to be chosen, the Senate will choose them. What’s the chances of an evenly split Senate confirming a Leftist VP? It might not happen at all, since if it happens, the Senate will gain a majority leader who can set the agenda, but before that, it won’t have one so who decides?
