AI is essentially crowd-sourced, so of course it would render the appropriate (non-woke) verdicts given that it learns from the (in theory) properly represented entire population.
For that reason alone, it will never be implemented. After all, how can you threaten an AI with blackmail, injury/death to close family members?

A 'Magic 8 Ball' or even a 'Ouija' board would render more just rulings at this point! They are reserving A.I. to embed us into artificial realities like fakebooks 'Metaverse' and microSOFTs 'Mesh' when we need to interact with corporate entities
Since our Courts have become compromised, and are packed with Commie scumbags. Why not replace them with AI.
Remember Google's AI branded Hillary as Evil, when Google released their AI search engine in 2016, it was called a Nazi because it spoke too much truth.
I bet an AI court would have ruled in favor of the Trump admin at every turn. I bet it would demand the J6 political prisoners be released and the FBI be disbanded.
Just a thought, but it's a scary one, when "I" (Me of all people) trust AI more than our Courts at this point.
