Fear can spontaneously combust any mind to believe any narrative that will be used to spread more fear throughout a social body, including the narrative that fires just start themselves if things get too warm in summer. The heatwave that just swept through western Europe was the perfect opportunity to throw kindling on the decades-long psychological operation known as “climate change”. Apparently, homes in parts of England just burned down due to one afternoon of 1-degree Celsius above record high temperatures, yet with no extended drought or hot and dry period like they had in the record summer of 1976. Compare that summer in England to this latest heat wave.

You need clearance for a flight plan, you need a landing strip, you need a pilot, and when you get to your "destination" that isn't your actual destination.

I can't imagine a scenario where it would be more convenient to fly 40 miles than be driven there. Want to get there in luxury? Buy a bus, customize the interior with anything, and hire a driver to drive you where ever. Flying on a private plane really isn't that comfortable either.

West Virginia said Thursday that it would no longer do business with five financial institutions over their pledges to fight climate change by reducing financing for fossil fuel projects.

I was so proud of President Trump when he took us out of the Paris accord on climate change, and as soon as he did, other nations opted out as well. Unfortunately, President Biden signed an executive order as soon as he could in January 2021, and the "greening" of America has continued unfettered by the truth. So here it is.

CO2 levels are being put back in the atmosphere thanks to human existence, not killing the planet, but saving it. Overture is a zero-emission aircraft that flies on 100% sustainable aviation fuel. The aircraft can hold anywhere from 65 to 80 passengers at Mach 1.7, twice as fast as the speediest commercial aircraft.

I wonder how they managed to build a "zero emissions" jet. I presume they mean that making the "sustainable" fuel takes as much CO2 out of the air as burning the fuel puts back in.

Also, that type of wing requires a high angle-of-attack while landing, so unless the nose drops the pilot would not be able to see to land. Maybe it is pilotless.

There is no climate emergency
Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more
scientific. Scientists should openly address uncertainties and exaggerations in
their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately
count the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of their policy measures
Natural as well as anthropogenic factors cause warming
The geological archive reveals that Earth’s climate has varied as long as the
planet has existed, with natural cold and warm phases. The Little Ice Age
ended as recently as 1850. Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming.
Warming is far slower than predicted
The world has warmed significantly less than predicted by IPCC on the basis
of modeled anthropogenic forcing. The gap between the real world and the
modeled world tells us that we are far from understanding climate change.
Climate policy relies on inadequate models
Climate models have many shortcomings and are not remotely plausible as
policy tools. They do not only exaggerate the effect of greenhouse gases, they
also ignore the fact that enriching the atmosphere with CO2 is beneficial.
CO2 is plant food, the basis of all life on Earth
CO2 is not a pollutant. It is essential to all life on Earth. More CO2 is favorable
for nature, greening our planet. Additional CO2 in the air has promoted growth
in global plant biomass. It is also profitable for agriculture, increasing the
yields of crops worldwide.
Global warming has not increased natural disasters
There is no statistical evidence that global warming is intensifying hurricanes,
floods, droughts and suchlike natural disasters, or making them more frequent.

It seems that scientists like Professor Loschke are fighting back, tired of being abused and often ignored for scientific work that fails to conform to a fashionable political narrative. Last week, the Daily Sceptic highlighted the ongoing World Climate Declaration (WCD), now signed by over 1,100 scientists and professionals. Headed by the Norwegian physics Nobel Prize laureate Professor Ivar Giaever, the WCD says there is no climate emergency. Climate science is said to have degenerated into a discussion based on beliefs, not on sound science. Our story about the WCD attracted enormous interest on social media and is one of the most widely read articles we have ever published. Enormous efforts were made to trash the Declaration, and many of the people who signed have been personally abused.
