I turned around as I was getting in my car, and said at him, as he was getting into his. "Hey buddy! How's that communism, dystopia, and hyper inflation working out for you? Huh? He didn't say a word, and I don't think it was because he was trying to be the higher road, and not engage. As 20 to 30 something young black males didn't have any problem engaging when Trump was in charge around here. He got in shut his door, and I yelled out "Fuck Joe BIDEN!" then got in mine. He pulled out and paused to let me pull out, to be nice I think, but I hate when Millennials do that. You're at a stop sign, and they'll stop at the intersecting street, with no other cars coming in either direction, and will try to virtue signal how nice of a person they are by letting go. "Get the fuck out of my way you Libtard!"

Upon reflecting later it was refreshing that they can't even defend their bumper sticker position. Or it could have been his Mom's car, and was just a good black guy, doing errands for his mom, and doesn't argue with elders. I dunked on someone though, I'm not sure who yet. Fuck him he had no business driving a car with a Biden and Harris sticker on it. I told those fuckers it was ALL coming back the other way, every little last bit of it. My wife and I had Covid in Dec 2020. So, we went high risk and partied on NYE last weekend at a dive bar with dancing and debauchery. Starting Tuesday morning, I started feeling something in my sinuses. I started my symptomatic dosing regimen plus saline nasal rinses and gargling with Scope w/ Outlast.

It only stayed as a VERY minor cold. Nose-blowing and phlegm, no cough, no sore throat, no fatigue, no fever, nothing else. Point is was nothing much at all but it's also not like I didn't get sick even with the regimen above. I'm really curious if it was Covid but was kept at a minimum, or if it was just a cold anyway. I didn't bother testing.

Well, here's what I'd change ...

Zinc should have a daily maintenance dose, even if it's below 20 mg.
Allisure Allicin at 1/5 (or a tad less) of that 450 mg max pill should be a daily maintenance dose. You can even pour out approx a fifth and put it in an empty capsule if you don't like the garlicky flavor in a drink.
Vitamin C should come from fruits for daily maint. I have usually 1 apple, 1 glass of OJ, and perhaps ~30 Pomegranate seeds daily.
Curcumin should also have a daily maint, though I'm using the fresh herb in an olive oil paste with peppercorn, so I can't say for sure if it's 300 to 1000 mg per day.

And when you party, load up on NAC, like 500 to 1000 mg, because it helps in getting rid of alcohol's effects afterwards. If you don't have any, then use R-Lipoic Acid at 1000+ mg.

All and all, I haven't gotten sick in ages, no cold, no flu, & no Covid.

For zinc, I do get some with my multi vitamin and I read I should take copper if I take extra zinc. Worth buying a copper supplement? Thorne sells a 2mg pill.

Sure, and I think the recommendation was a 15:1 ratio if you overload on Zinc daily.

To save some money, you can even reduce that in half, so that your bottle lasts longer, as a daily thing.

For me, the 'sickness blocker' is to ramp up the Quercetin Phytosome & Allisure Allicin, before anything else, after let's say exposure to cold air while getting hammered on quadruple martinis.

And for the booze protection, yes, it's NAC or RLA before & after getting sloshed.

The CVS PCR test are super easy to fake. They go through tons a day and the ritual has become annoying for the employees inside so they don't watch.

I just hold the thing in a way with long sleeves on and let it slide into the sleeve to make it look like I'm really jamming it up there. The 3 times I've done it no one is watching either. CVS doesn't examine it and how is the lab gonna know if you swabbed in a your ear or corner of your eye to at least get something on it?

There's also the fact they send a PDF of the test results. If you're handy with adobe, it is massively simple to manipulate the document. No one is actually calling and verifying these test results. All the ones I've taken have no bar code or QR code. They see negative and move on, especially for travel. Just finished my Jamaica paperwork and test Wednesday. Pain in the ass, but it legit is all contact tracing. Has little to do with actual infection in 99% of people.
