Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. In adults, a body mass index (BMI) over 25 is considered overweight, and over 30 is obese.
Women are more alarming in my opinion. A lot of men are just taller now, hence more mass. My 13 year old is 6' already. Sure some are fat, but even if runner type fit at 6'3" you're still going to weigh around 180-200lbs or probably more if you lift even light weight.
I haven't notice women getting taller. Depending on build and height a woman shouldn't weigh over 140. I also think the black community tilts the scale (pun intended) towards the uptick for women. I'd never date a woman that's weighs over 150lbs. Fortunately I don't have to worry about that.
I just jammed (drumming) with 3 older guys that probably fit the demo here last night. I find it hard to get fat. They were all lean for late 50's and early 60's. They stand and move at minimum. I swear you actively want to be fat. I get in phases where I pick up 10-20lbs but then I'm like shit, this isn't gonna work.
That woman in Booger's last post should die. 34? It's not even the Trump part of it either. Just fucking die. That's so god damn sick. We have to stop shaming fat shamers. Fat people are disgusting. Not an opinion, fact. I'd divorce my wife if she got fat.
