and if there's a nuclear war, there's nobody that isn't on the front line.Should finally lower home prices in the affected areas, no?
Are you sure that it's not someone who changed their username?
Patrick would have the metrics and trends on new accounts (obviously) but being an optimist I'd like to think that the influx is people who are looking for an alternate view separate from the MSM.
I feel as though there is a propaganda campaign POSSIBLY going on

Sometimes the biggest purveyors of propaganda are its victims.

I’ll be pissed off if there’s nuclear war, all of my retirement planning would be for nothing.

If you click on a user name, you should see the date that they registered.
So that helps to distinguish new and old users.
My own registration is the first one in the database: "joined 2005 Apr 3, 9:31am". The site did exist for years before that (I think I got the domain name in 1996) but I didn't have a proper database until 2005.
I think there used to be a link to other housing bubble forums on Patrick.net, amiright?
I don't want to alienate any of the people that are recently more active, but (without doing too much work to verify it), it seems like there's a lot of people posting here in the last month or so.
I often talk about propaganda and loving to spot it. I have to wonder (although I could be mistaken) if a lot of people posting here aren't part of a PR firm.
If there are people doing that who are reading this, consider if your paycheck is worth it for a nuclear war which is what you may not realize is being pushed. If there's WWIII it will be nuclear, and if there's a nuclear war, there's nobody that isn't on the front line. You willing to risk yourself, your family, your parents, your children, and your friends for a paycheck?
Maybe I'm just paranoid, but there's been many times I was paranoid that I found out later I was correct to be paranoid.
