I think the majority of Disney subscribers come from free one year subscription attached to other devices.

Disney+ is a freebee with the top Verizon unlimited plans.

There's about 100 million customers on Verizon's Unlimited plans.

Disney can report its subscribers, but it is really how many new Unlimited customers Verizon gets. It doesn't really say how much Disney is paying Verizon for these customers.
