Since we know the numbers are going to suck since Peppermint Patty is leading the Amen Corner Media to blame Putin for it:

Frankly, I prefer my spaceship to have big tits and not fake inflated ones.

EDIT - numbers drop:
America goes back to the 80s: Surging gas prices and higher rents push inflation to 41-year high of 8.5% as White House blames it on Putin invading Ukraine
The consumer price index rose 8.5% in March from a year ago, the fastest increase since December 1981
Housing costs, which make up about a third of the index, have escalated and show no signs of cooling
Gasoline prices soared 49% in March from a year ago as the war in Ukraine rocked energy markets
Biden's administration tried to get ahead of the dire inflation news by blaming Russian leader Vladimir Putin
But Republicans place the blame for soaring prices on 'Democrats' reckless spending and failed policies'

The average American feels they need to earn over $180K to live comfortably, survey shows

The smaller one on the right cost more.

Do kids still get lice? None of my kids have gotten it at this point. 11 being the youngest. Covid and remote learning may have something to do with that.

America Suffers Worst Food Inflation in over Four Decades under Biden-Harris

It is not just any inflation, but the kind that strikes at the heart of every family’s kitchen—grocery prices.

If we can expect a free and fair election, then the numbers should spell doom for Harris’s election bid.

Polls consistently show that inflation is the top concern for voters.

covid lockdown and spending inflation caused this. thing is, both parties were behind this massive bank bailout that was excused under faux covid bullshit. economy was gonna collapse.

We've hit rock bottom:

.

I've been tracking Urban Blu apartments in Panama City Beach as they have been offering 1 month free rent for a 13 month lease

The prices are holding steady especially for 2 bedroom apartments over the last 3 years

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/free-rent-free-parking-landlords-080004654.html

Seems like it is more a renters and buyers market in Panama City Beach

Which is exactly what buying a rental property is.

US median home price increased by by about 3.9% from $165,000 in 2000 to $412,000 in 2024.

I recall about 10 years ago Professor Shiller (of Case-Shiller Index) stating home prices historically have increased by 4% over the last 100 years.

Income was flat, at least for me as there were no wage increases for GS level federal employees from 2010 to 2013.

Average Wage Index was $32,000 in 2000 and in 2022 it was $64,000; hence AWI went up about 2.9% a year from 2000 to 2022.

https://www.ssa.gov/oact/cola/awidevelop.html

So housing has been going up at least 1% more a year compared to wages (or household total income) since 2000 ?

That means other aggregates or segments that are used to calculate annual inflation need to be less than wage inflation. Hence, utilities, transportation, healthcare and food inflation should be 2% if wage inflation is 3%.
