Since we know the numbers are going to suck since Peppermint Patty is leading the Amen Corner Media to blame Putin for it:

Frankly, I prefer my spaceship to have big tits and not fake inflated ones.

EDIT - numbers drop:
America goes back to the 80s: Surging gas prices and higher rents push inflation to 41-year high of 8.5% as White House blames it on Putin invading Ukraine
The consumer price index rose 8.5% in March from a year ago, the fastest increase since December 1981
Housing costs, which make up about a third of the index, have escalated and show no signs of cooling
Gasoline prices soared 49% in March from a year ago as the war in Ukraine rocked energy markets
Biden's administration tried to get ahead of the dire inflation news by blaming Russian leader Vladimir Putin
But Republicans place the blame for soaring prices on 'Democrats' reckless spending and failed policies'

need more HVAC technicians, as a lot of the workforce has retired when then baby boomers started to retire in mass around 2011

this is one way to help increase supply of blue collar skilled workforce and help to reduce inflation (i.e., services aggregate of CPI)

we have Thomas Haney Technical College which is part of the local school district which graduates from HVAC technicians to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) which all are needed in the Florida panhandle

A more scalable model is the FastForward Program, which has funded career-oriented training for almost 45,000 learners in 23 community colleges across Virginia. As part of the program, the state community-college system has created career maps in fields such as manufacturing and health sciences, with a common curriculum that allows people to obtain advanced credentials that build on one another, or “stack,” and opens doors to better-paying jobs. An early evaluation of FastForward found that enrolled students who received an industry-recognized credential saw increased earnings of about $4,000 a year.

Congress could do something similar on a national scale by creating and funding a federal certification program for career pathways in fields with high job demand and good prospects for upward mobility, such as advanced manufacturing and cardiovascular technology.

True, only pure water has the same weight and volume when measured in ounces.

Mega Millions tickets will climb to $5

“Spending 5 bucks to become a millionaire or billionaire, that’s pretty good,” said Joshua Johnston, director of the Washington Lottery and lead director of the group that oversees Mega Millions.

You would be spending $5 on nothing. The chance of winning even if you bought 1,000 tickets is virtually zero.

It's a tax on people who flunked probability in school. The tax just went up.

The thing about the lottery is that you have pretty much the same chance of winning even if you don't buy a lottery ticket.
