In fairness, Fetterman admitted he was told to take blood thinners many months before due to his blood work but ignored it.
Its not a certainty he got boosted on that date, but people seem to make such virtue signaling posts right after they get a jab.

They have some Turkish programs on Netflix. You can tell that if there is a category of 'barely Muslim', that many Turks would have it. Observance seems token, and they are quite worldly in the urban areas.
