Congressman James Comer has called out the FBI for not investigating the Biden family regarding their shady business deals with China.

"The more we dive into Hunter Biden and his shady business dealings, you quickly realize that Hunter Biden is not the mastermind," the Kentucky Republican said on Tuesday's edition of "Just the News, Not Noise. "If anything, he's fortunate that his last name is Biden."

According to an FBI whistleblower, the FBI was advised not to investigate a laptop belonging to President Joe Biden's son Hunter, which had damaging information on the then-presidential candidate. NBC reports that Hunter Biden and his company made $11 million from a Chinese businessman, but its unclear what he did to get the money.

"We believe that many of the business dealings that Hunter was involved in — that his father not only knew about it, but was set up to receive the financial benefits or rewards from some of these shady business dealings," Comer said. "We've already had two of Hunter's former associates come forward and say that Joe Biden was in fact, 'The Big Guy' who was set in one instance to get 10% ownership in a Chinese Communist Party owned energy company that would counter America's energy best interests."

The New York Post has filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Secret Service to find out who Biden has been meeting with at both of his Delaware homes, where he has spent much of his presidency.

The Post is evaluating legal options to acquire records of who visited the president during the nearly 200 days he was at his Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach homes.

Biden spent about 28% of the days during his first year as president at least partially in Delaware, largely out of public view. He has spent an almost identical share of his second year as president in Delaware.

Transparency advocates of varying political stripes have fought in court for decades to identify presidential influencers, saying it’s important for the public to know who shapes government policy.

Biden’s detractors, meanwhile, note that he made a habit of meeting with his family’s influence-seeking international business partners before he took office and question whether that remains the case.

Congressional Republicans are vowing to aggressively pursue transparency, including with regard to Biden’s link to his family’s consulting businesses, if they retake control of one or both chambers in the November midterm elections.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), who is poised to lead the House oversight committee next year if Republicans retake the House, said the Secret Service should hand over records of the president’s guests.

“The claim that there are no visitor logs for President Biden’s Delaware residence is a bunch of malarky,” Comer told The Post.

“Americans deserve to know who President Biden is meeting with, especially since we know that he routinely met with [first son] Hunter’s business associates during his time as vice president,” Comer said.

Given how everyone who meets with the president must be vetted by the Secret Service, it really does sound like a bunch of malarky that no record of whom Biden has met with exists. This just can’t be so.

What it really sounds like is that whichever SS official is keeping the record is a partisan Democrat plant trying to protect Biden, just like we have seen in the FBI and DOJ.

The top Republican on the House Oversight Committee said that Twitter staff involved in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 presidential elections will face Congress and testify about their actions.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the GOP ranking member on the Committee, made the remarks in a Friday appearance on Fox News after Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk dropped part one of the so-called “Twitter Files,” an expose of the inner workings of Twitter’s censorship machine.

“Every employee at Twitter who was involved in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story will have an opportunity to come before Congress and explain their actions to the American people,” Comer told program host Sean Hannity.

Musk and independent journalist Matt Taibbi on Friday unveiled a series of internal Twitter communications that give insight into steps taken by staff at the social media platform around suppressing the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story.

Republicans have long accused Twitter—and some media outlets—of suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story, which included reporting that bolstered claims that the president lied when he said he had no involvement in his son’s overseas business dealings.

‘Marking This as Unsafe’
In order to suppress the Hunter Biden report, Twitter executives marked it as “unsafe,” limiting its spread and even blocking it from being directly shared via the platform’s direct message function, Taibbi said in comments on the disclosures. He noted that such extreme restrictions were reserved for content such as child pornography.

An "opportunity" to come before Congress is not sufficient. They should be charged with major crimes. But then, no Democrats are ever charged with any crime as long as the crime benefits the crime benefited the Democratic Party, Sam Bankman-Fried being just the latest example.

The House Oversight Committee on Thursday demanded the release of documents related to John Kerry’s negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party while serving as the Special Presidential Envoy for Climate (SPEC).

In a letter obtained by National Review, committee chairman James Comer (R., Ky.) accused Kerry of potentially threatening foreign policy, undermining the economy, and bypassing congressional authority through his SPEC role, which was created by President Biden without the need for Senate confirmation.

The letter to Kerry read the following: “The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating your role in the Biden Administration and the nature of your negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Our intelligence agencies don't care if the president is a traitor, they don't care about protecting the nation, that has nothing to do with their business. The FBI protects criminals and covers of criminality not of just people, but of corporations. the only time they engage in any law enforcement is to take out competitors to the people they work for.

If Trump had done what the Biden had done, he'd of course be impeached but it would have just been an excuse. The reason they wanted to get rid of Trump is he fucked up their war plans. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and his team of congressional investigators have uncovered evidence that White House Physician Kevin O’Connor is involved in the business dealings of Democrat President Joe Biden’s family.

Comer has now sent a letter to O’Connor demanding that he testify before the committee about Biden’s “declining mental state.”

The doctor has also been called to testify about his alleged involvement in the Biden family’s business dealings.

O’Connor is “in a position to provide accurate and independent reviews of the President’s fitness to serve,” Comer wrote.
