You mean the heroes of deportation rounding up rapists and drunk driving killers. Also now it seems that Pretti may have been fired. Looks like the P320 went off when an agent touched the slide, and given he was still resisting and they were taking mags out of his pockets, they may have shot him. Given his past behavior of aggression, including kicking out tailights and assaulting officers, justified.
