Here's the director of the FBI being very cagey when asked about his agency's actions on January 6th.
It is now known that the FBI had multiple informants planted within the Oathkeepers and Proud Boys prior to January 6th. These informants were as high up as second-in-command.
With these facts in mind, Rep. Clay Higgins from Louisiana asked Christopher Wray if he could answer whether or not the FBI had people inside the Capitol on January 6th.
Wray doesn't answer. ...
Higgins: "Did you have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol on January 6th prior to the doors being open?"
Wray: "Again, I have to be very careful — "
Higgins: "It should be a 'NO'! Can you not tell the American people: 'No, we did not have confidential human sources dressed supporters positioned inside the Capitol on January 6th'?"
Wray: "You should not read anything in to my decision not to share information on confidential human sources." ...
Your intelligence agency that harassed a former president because of a baseless FISA warrant and then raided the home of the same former president over a Library of Congress document issue wants you to think they would NEVER set up this man or his supporters.
@WarClandestine
Do you all see the war-like posture
@RepClayHiggins
exudes towards these Twitter executives?
This is how every single American should address these criminals.
Why? Because they perpetrated an act of war on the American People when they WITTINGLY interfered in the 2020 Election.
Any congressman that doesn’t have the same sense of urgency as Rep Higgins, it would behoove you to find some.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) physically removed a protester from a press conference after spotting him suspiciously moving toward Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO).
The incident happened during a presser Higgins held with Boebert and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) on Wednesday.
The congressman reached his limit as the man approached the podium.
Higgins, a former Sheriff, said simply, “You’re out” as he dragged the protester away from the other members of Congress.
The man screamed, “Get off me, You’re hurting me. Get off me. You’re hurting me.”
Higgins was not hurting him and refused to take any nonsense from the young protester.
The FIB overthrew our country, it was our INTELLIGENCE agencies that let BLM and Antifa burn, and loot, and murder for 9 MONTHS. They murdered at least 40 people.
“I’m Confident that Everybody on Those Buses Were FBI Assets – We’ve Identified One of the Buses – Senior Officials Deeply Involved” – BOOM! Rep. Clay Higgins Tells Lara Logan They Have PROOF of FBI Involvement in Jan. 6
A member of Congress investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol estimates the FBI had 200 undercover assets both inside and outside the building. “We believe that there were easily 200 FBI undercover assets operating in the crowd, outside the Capitol, embedded into groups that entered the Capitol or provoked entry of the Capitol,” Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., said.
How these assholes got a complete pass from the media and the residents of those cities, I’ll never understand.
@RepClayHiggins
I'm going to use Congressional authority and every influence with big
tech platforms to mandate immediate ban for life of every post or
commenter that belittled the assassination of Charlie Kirk. If they ran
their mouth with their smartass hatred celebrating the heinous murder
of that beautiful young man who dedicated his whole life to delivering
respectful conservative truth into the hearts of liberal enclave
universities, armed only with a Bible and a microphone and a
Constitution... those profiles must come down.
So, I'm going to lean forward in this fight, demanding that big tech have
zero tolerance for violent political hate content, the user to be banned
from ALL PLATFORMS FOREVER. I'm also going after their business
licenses and permitting, their businesses will be blacklisted aggressively,
they should be kicked from every school, and their drivers licenses
should be revoked. I'm basically going to cancel with extreme prejudice
these evil, sick animals who celebrated Charlie Kirk's assassination.
I'm starting that today.
That is all.
On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Republican Representative Clay Higgins of Louisiana was the sole member of the U.S. House of Representatives to vote against the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a bill that passed 427–1 and compels the Justice Department to release unclassified files related to Jeffrey Epstein.
Higgins opposed the bill on the grounds that it would violate long-standing criminal justice procedures and risk harming innocent individuals, including witnesses, alibi providers, and family members, by releasing sensitive investigative information to the media.
