Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has put Democrat President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland on notice over the FBI’s raid of President Donald Trump’s Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.

Stefanik, the third-ranking House Republican, also issued a warning over the seizure of GOP Rep. Scott Perry’s (R-PA) cellphone.

As Slay News reported earlier, Trump ally Perry said three FBI agents seized his phone while he was traveling with his family.

The New York congresswoman accused Biden of weaponizing the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI before warning the president and AG that they “will absolutely be held accountable” when Republicans take back control of the House.

“Joe Biden’s FBI and Department of Justice have been fully weaponized against their political opponents,” she said.

“It is an absolute outrageous abuse of power and unAmerican for these agencies to raid the home of President Trump and seize the cell phone of a sitting Member of Congress.

“Attorney General Garland, Director Wray, House Democrats, and most of all Joe Biden will absolutely be held accountable.”

“This woke ideology is destroying our military and poisoning the minds of American children,” Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., said. “[T]he Department of Defense has routinely prioritized adhering to woke ideologies instead of strengthening our national defense. This is shameful and an insult to the brave men and women who selflessly serve our nation.”

Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has set Hillary Clinton straight after the twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate accused the GOP of fearmongering ahead of the midterms.

Stefanik fired back by reminding Clinton there is a “crime crisis” in New York state.

The congresswoman noted that the soaring violent crime in the state is tied to Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul’s policies.

Stefanik went on Fox News to say she thinks NY gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin (R) could going to win the tight race to the governor’s office.

She also took some time to respond to Hillary, who claims Republicans are just fearmongering on crime.

“Lee Zeldin is running on and is going to win on tough-on-crime policies,” Stefanik said.

“He will announce a crime emergency in New York State on day one when he’s sworn into office.

“And I will tell you, there is huge momentum not just from Republican voters, but from Democrats and independents as well who want to see a change in New York State.”

Stefanik responded to Hillary saying this is not a scare tactic because “people are scared because of the crime crisis in New York State.

“And it’s not just in the city, it’s all across New York state.

Elise Stefanik Finds ‘Damning Picture’ of Biden: ‘All Evidence Points Directly to Joe Biden Being Deeply Compromised’
House Republican Conference Chair Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has found a “damning photo” of then-Vice President Joe Biden aboard an Air Force Two flight during a trip to Ukraine.

Stefanik says the photo is more evidence that Biden is compromised.

She said: “This damning picture of then Vice President Joe Biden on Air Force Two en route to Ukraine talking with Amos Hochstein is just further evidence that Biden and senior officials in the Biden Administration not only knew of Hunter Biden’s corrupt foreign business dealings but also that Joe Biden was intimately involved while vice president.

“At the time of this photo, Hochstein was in communication with Hunter Biden and Burisma where Hunter served on the board.

“We also know that this photo was taken on Air Force Two ahead of Joe Biden’s now infamous meeting with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, where Biden threatened to have aid withheld if a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma was not fired.

“All evidence points directly to Joe Biden being deeply compromised.

“House Republicans will leave no stone unturned in our investigations into Biden’s involvement in his family’s influence peddling scheme.”

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has dropped the hammer on former Attorney General Loretta Lynch after it emerged that the top Obama administration official has been lobbying for a Chinese Communist Party-linked military technology company.

Lynch has reportedly been using her Washington D.C. influence to lobby the Pentagon on behalf of a China-based firm known as DJI.

After discovering Lynch’s new gig, Stefanik issued a statement, saying:

“It is disgraceful but unsurprising that Barack Obama’s former Attorney General Loretta Lynch is now working on behalf of a Communist Chinese drone company that the Department of Defense has identified as a Chinese military company.

“Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch is lobbying the DOD to request they remove DJI from this list so the Communist Chinese company can operate with impunity in America.

“U.S. government officials, both past and present, should be working to ban these Communist Chinese spy drones and bolster the domestic drone industry, not advocating on behalf of a Chinese military company and the Chinese Communist Party.”

Lynch, who served under former President Barack Obama, is now a partner at law firm Paul, Weiss.
