“Here, a government entity sought to punish an individual for engaging in a brief, quiet, personal religious observance doubly protected by the Free Exercise and Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendment. And the only meaningful justification the government offered for its reprisal rested on a mistaken view that it had a duty to ferret out and suppress,” Gorsuch wrote. “Religious observances even as it allows comparable secular speech. The Constitution neither mandates nor tolerates that kind of discrimination.”
I too think the coach praying is silly but who cares? Punishment is unnecessary also.
I laugh at the stuff people pray for; in Florida they pray that the hurricane doesn’t get them; in Hawaii surfers pray that the giant waves don’t hurt them, etc.
“Maybe god thinks you shouldn’t surf giant waves? Maybe god made the hurricane?” Etc.
But it isn't everything. Like their obsession with mass murdering babies or imposing woke shit on us, for example.
It might be they just want to make the democrats look so awful, we'll be happy to have a bunch of Neocon RINO fucks in office, and will happily accept Mitt Romney or Lindsay Grahm as president.
There is a reason they suck so hard, it's to make the other party look good in comparison.
