Question is 'who' is going to arrest Trump? I think anyone attempting it would have a full on pitched battle with military. Trump is a protected asset, after all. They know the election was rigged.
Any 'arrest' would merely be an attempt to re-position Trump for assassination.
What good would it be for the Democrats to arrest Trump before the midterms?
The Dems desperately don't want the Republicans to control either the Senator or House. If they do control, then that means Congressional hearings such as into the Obama admin and its corrupt DOJ,
You know how all those politicians and businessmen were fucking kids on Epstein's Island, and NONE of them were prosecuted for it, and it was just used for blackmail? That's what will happen if the republicans take over Congress - nothing more.

There's no proof, that's the problem.
Yep, it's just around the corner (again), folks!! We've got him in our clutches this time! Just after we release this latest BOMBSHELL of ALL BOMBSHELLS!! We have the smoking gun now - just like we had throughout Trump's Entire Term! Yep, more hearsay evidence that will no doubt (possibly) lead to (maybe) indictments for (unknown, implausible) crimes!
How many times can they expect the public to listen to their bullshit? Trump still draws record crowds wherever he goes. He's the next president unless he doesn't want it - or the cheating machine is revived again.

If that happened and he couldn't run de santis would win in a landslide
I heard Trump get actually angry - not happy warrior, not sarcastic, not I'm gonna win and you'll see attitude - but actually angry this week.

Trump won 2020 in a landslide as well.
Yeah but he "forgot" to set and enforce the rules before the game and the kept whining afterwards. Many states and counties in swing states have tightened their voter laws and outlawed mail in ballots. Trump should have enacted Marshal law and forced in person elections only.

With all due respect, he did exactly what he should have done.
See how corrupt our government is NOW? That's the most difficult problem we face. People deny it, despite the overwhelming OBVIOUSNESS of it.
Keep making it worse, SEE what our system is actually like. Wake up sheeple. It cannot be changed until people realize there's a problem.
I've talked to a number of people who, like me, saw our government as being quite corrupt 7 years ago. What I've heard repeatedly from many people is along the lines of "it's WAY worse than I imagined", and it is like...
The Justice Department is investigating President Donald Trump’s actions as part of its criminal probe of efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, according to four people familiar with the matter.
Prosecutors who are questioning witnesses before a grand jury — including two top aides to Vice President Mike Pence — have asked in recent days about conversations with Trump, his lawyers, and others in his inner circle who sought to substitute Trump allies for certified electors from some states Joe Biden won, according to two people familiar with the matter. Both spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.
The prosecutors have asked hours of detailed questions about meetings Trump led in December 2020 and January 2021; his pressure campaign on Pence to overturn the election; and what instructions Trump gave his lawyers and advisers about fake electors and sending electors back to the states, the people said. Some of the questions focused directly on the extent of Trump’s involvement in the fake-elector effort led by his outside lawyers, including John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani, these people said.
In addition, Justice Department investigators in April received phone records of key officials and aides in the Trump administration, including his former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, according to two people familiar with the matter. That effort is another indicator of how expansive the Jan. 6 probe had become, well before the high-profile, televised House hearings in June and July on the subject.
Once in that brief speech he gave, and for a few minutes in the middle of his Alaska Speech before Tschibaka and Sarah Palin came on. Both were in the context of Russian Collusion, Wiretapping, and other bullshit.
Elon and Rogan both have said something to the effect of "Trump shouldn't run in 2024 but the Democrats should back off him." I bet they're hearing things.
Oh, and suddenly Bannon announced he's going to the Jan 6 Committee to speak, with Trump's blessing.
