Mayo Clinic Joins List of Employers Sued for Denying Religious Exemptions to COVID Vaccine Mandates

The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota violated federal law when it refused a security guard’s request for a religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, according to a lawsuit filed last week.

The lawsuit is one of thousands submitted by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) since the COVID-19 workplace mandates began. In fiscal year 2022, almost 14,000 complaints were filed with the agency.

The Mayo Clinic imposed a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy in October 2021. All employees were required to be vaccinated or get a religious or medical exemption by Dec. 3, or be fired, according to court documents.

Yesterday, the NYT telegraphed what may be coming in a story featuring this encouraging headline: “Kennedy’s Next Target: the Federal Vaccine Court.” ...

The article’s only “news” was that, last month, Secretary Kennedy tweeted criticisms of the vaccine court and pledged to fix it. He also suggested he was considering letting covid-shot-injured folks access the vaccine court. That’s it. Yesterday’s entire story from there was wild speculation and ‘experts’ grousing. But check out what they did admit. Here are direct quotes from the story:

“Even the staunchest defenders of the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program agree it needs reform.”

“It is slow, understaffed and can feel adversarial to families legitimately in need.”

“The program also needs more staff to review medical records, and an online system for families to track the status of their claims.”

“The compensation fund has a $4 billion surplus, some of which could be applied to remedy these problems.”

Altom Maglio, vaccine court attorney: “Fighting tooth and nail is just not appropriate, and doesn’t meet the goals” — referring to government lawyers battling families even over injuries with established causal links.

“Of more than 14,000 injury claims filed regarding Covid vaccines, only 69 have been paid out. More than 9,400 are pending, and about 4,800 have been dismissed.”

Despite all those strunning admissions that the vaccine court is failing injured Americans, according to the Times and its stable of pet experts, letting Kennedy fix the vaccine court could trigger a biomedical apocalypse. Open the injury tables and suddenly “tens of thousands” of “dubious claims” will pour in, hobbling the system, bankrupting it in “huge expenditures,” and even, heaven forfend, causing Americans to “lose access to some vaccines.”

Worse, if Kennedy does add covid-shot cases, it’ll be like “trying to wash your bike” in an already clogged sink. At best, he might “burn the vaccine court down” (Ed. note: hopefully); at worst, he secretly wants the “total collapse of the program,” leaving vaccine makers fleeing the market and public health laying in ruins.

All because Kennedy thinks families injured by mandated shots should get paid without spending half a decade in procedural purgatory.

On February 4, 2020, the HHS Secretary issued a PREP Act declaration for COVID-19, calling COVID a public health emergency. This allowed liability protections for covered countermeasures, including vaccine makers. This declaration has been amended multiple times and was extended through December 31, 2029, with the new measure deeming COVID a “credible risk for a future public health emergency.”

This also meant that under Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), the “emergency” authorizations allowed vaccines to be used outside standard FDA approval processes.

What’s even more grotesque is that all the people who administered or uprooted the vaccines were given extended legal immunity through updates to the PREP Act, so now licensed pharmacists, healthcare providers with licenses expired within the past five years, were authorized to prescribe, dispense, or administer vaccines, provided their licenses were in good standing before expiration. Then you can add to that list of legally-protected for administering, essentially, a bioweapon, physicians, nurses, midwives, and students in healthcare training programs.

Immunity was given because they knew COVID was a lie. It was all a pretext to push their billion-dollar death trap. ...

No amount of vaccines or boosters ever stopped the spread, even though they lied and told us they did, and emergency authorization should never have happened in the first place.




The CDC faked death certificates, inflated numbers, turned “flu” into Covid, and completely f’d the entire world to sell their sick shots. In some studies, 99% of “COVID” deaths were misclassified using fraudulent PCR tests, and even the maker of the PCR test admitted before he died that the PCR test is fraudulent. ...

Trump can beef with Massie on other topics, but this is an immutable truth, and he must act accordingly. Even if it means admitting that the fast-tracking, emergency approval of the COVID vaccines was a huge mistake.

A Dutch court just blocked five expert witnesses from testifying on what they claim is the true nature of the Covid-19 mRNA injections — not vaccines, but biochemical and technological weapons.

On Monday, Time Magazine ran a very troubling story headlined, “Infant Deaths Spur Public Health Emergency in Mississippi.” ...

The story orphaned its most important and terrifying statistic midway through the article: “Between 2023 and 2024, infant mortality rates worsened in 24 states, including Arkansas and Louisiana, Warren says. ‘This is reflective of a large trend.’”

A trend, you say? What could be causing this horrible national trend, which began sometime during the last four years? ...

In other words —and this should have been the story— A quarter century of steady national progress in saving infants suddenly reversed, and now half the country’s states are reporting rising deaths.

Maybe some expert should ask the obvious question: what changed in 2021-2022?

💉 But never mind. They looked right past that chart. Neither the article or the state’s notice mentioned anything about the trend’s timing. As for proposed solutions, Mississippi and the credulous media both invoked the classic shibboleth: we need to spend more money on healthcare.

But why? We’ve been told we must always follow the science. So where are the peer-reviewed studies proving improved outcomes track with higher health spending? Mississippi already spends more per capita on healthcare than most countries with better infant survival rates. The U.S. as a whole pours trillions into healthcare annually, yet infant and maternal mortality are marching in the wrong direction. ...

The maddening reality is that they all ignored the obvious next step: instead of defying science and spending more on healthcare, they should be spending more on researching the actual cause. Viewed cynically, it’s almost like they don’t want to know what could be causing a sudden surge in infant mortality in 24 states.

Maybe we should look backwards, rather than forwards, for solutions. America used to know just how to handle offending officials.

Florida is set to push for an end to all state vaccine mandates, state Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo announced at a news conference Wednesday.

The Revolving Door Strikes Again

Why did the FDA relentlessly suppress all evidence of vaccine injuries?

Many individuals I’ve spoken to believe Peter Marks is the government official most directly responsible for the entire COVID catastrophe, and those I know who directly interacted with him despise him. ...

Marks has made statements on the national media which display either a profound degree of ignorance of vaccines or a cult-like devotion to them, such as telling CBS the MMR vaccine absolutely does not cause encephalitis—despite this specific injury being one of the only vaccine injuries the Federal Government acknowledged as real and eligible for compensation when it created the the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. ...

Yesterday, it was announced that Peter Marks had started working with Eli Lilly, where he will oversee molecule discovery and infectious diseases at Lilly. While his salary has not been publicly announced, the AI systems I queried said given the existing precedent, he would likely get 2-6 million this year (a big upgrade from his roughly $200,000.00 FDA salary)—and possibly much more (e.g. 10-15 million).

This understandably enraged the vaccine injured parties who directly interacted with Marks over the last four years, so I felt it was important to revisit exactly what Marks did and discuss the broader revolving door in regulatory medicine. ...




In looking through what went awry with the COVID-19 response, while Fauci was commonly blamed for all that went amiss, I kept running into another less-known individual who, while hidden within the FDA bureaucracy, I believe was directly responsible for many of the mishaps that happened

This was because Peter Marks was:

- The primary person who covered up the reports of COVID vaccine injuries (and instead repeatedly told the world they were “safe and effective”).

- Kept on pushing the FDA’s chief vaccine scientists (who were very pro-vaccine) to accelerate and condense the approval timelines for the COVID vaccines (as those approvals were needed to legally implement Biden’s vaccine and booster mandates). Eventually, Gruber and Krause reported their were no more corners they could cut to further accelerate the COVID vaccine approvals, at which point they were removed from the COVID vaccine approval process and Marks took it over (at which point the unjustifiable approvals and mandates quickly followed).

The key issue here is the promoted lie that the COVID mRNA products stay at the site of injection and do not distribute throughout the body of those who accept these injections. We now have documentation that this was known to be false information even before the clinical trials were initiated because of studies performed and results reported to FDA and other global regulatory authorities in the regulatory documents (IND or CTD) filed by Pfizer and Moderna as a requirement before initiating human clinical trials.

A holding pen that just one day earlier housed 300 ostriches now contains their tarp-covered bodies after officials carried out a slaughter late Thursday night.

The pen sits on the grounds of Universal Ostrich Farms in British Columbia, Canada, which has been locked in a legal battle with federal officials over a government‑ordered cull.

Katie Pasitney, daughter of farm owner Karen Pasitney, sobbed while telling Daily Mail about the loss of the birds, saying: 'They made a mistake, these animals aren't poultry, some of them were 35 years old, and every single one had a name.

'My mom lost everything she loved. Those birds were all that kept her happy. They killed all her babies, and now they're still lying there under a tarp.'

The deaths came months after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) began investigating the farm following an anonymous report in December that alleged roughly 30 ostrich deaths within three weeks.

Subsequent testing confirmed two birds had contracted H5N1 avian influenza, a highly contagious strain of bird flu. Agency records showed deaths continued through mid-January, ultimately totaling 69.

Pasitney recently pleaded with the Supreme Court of Canada to halt the cull, insisting the birds were healthy and posed no threat to public safety.

Around 6 pm local time on Thursday, trucks and SUVs belonging to the agency arrived at the farm, and several men were seen carrying equipment into the enclosures. The sound of repeated gunfire echoed across the property as supporters gathered outside, praying and shouting for the birds.

By Friday morning, the Pasitneys awoke to find their ostriches’ bodies littering the pen.

'They are all gone. They need to pay for this. The world needs to know the monsters they are,' Pasitney told Daily Mail.

'They brought war to our farm last night.. Just to kill healthy animals. When did we stop valuing life? You can't just keep killing everything.' ...

In a statement, the CFIA said it will now proceed with 'depopulation and disposal measures' to contain the spread of H5N1 avian influenza, following an outbreak in December 2024 that killed 69 birds at the British Columbia farm.

The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) is launching two task forces to review the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate during the pandemic, Anthony Tata, Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness, announced last week on X.

“These task forces will examine the development, implementation & outcomes of the policy,” Tata wrote.

According to a December 2022 DOD document, 8,123 service members were discharged as of Nov. 30, 2022, for COVID-19 vaccine refusal.

In a video accompanying his post, Tata said, “These task forces will include members of the affected community, and they will be focused on making sure that this never, ever happens again to our servicemen and women in uniform, their families or department civilians.”

About 2,900 New York City workers who were fired for violating the city’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, including workers denied religious exemptions, could return to their jobs under a plan Mayor Eric Adams announced this month. The plan doesn’t include back pay.

Meanwhile, New York City educators who sued the city for allegedly denying their religious exemptions unjustly are awaiting a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court on whether it will hear their case.
