I honestly believe anyone that owns them, are low IQ. Even people I respected but then found out they have a pit bull. I think of them and their judgement differently after knowing that they own one or worse two. If you are out the in the rural country then I say own ten I don't care, they have no business in an urban environment. They are Hog Hunting dogs and nothing more, they are not agile attentive Pets. They can play one, until they aren't.
Every dog will or could bite you. The difference is Pit Bulls, and a few other breeds don't just bite, they kill. If I'm bit by someone's Doberman, German Sheppard, or Husky, Lab and it happened because the dogs were protecting their property and owner, or at least thought they were. I wouldn't even make an issue out of it. Unless the dogs got lose and formed a rogue pack, that would be different and dangerous. As most all domestic dogs that form wild packs, will become aggressive enough to kill humans, but they do so as a pack. They are easy to detect and put an end to . But Pit bulls don't even need a pack to get the killer instinct, it's baked into the purpose and how they bite to start with, they are a time bomb and sometimes you don't even know when they will strike.
