I don't think it's possible to set up and succesfully execute a railroad-wide conspiracy to keep one particular train car out of regular maintenance and then put it in a right place at a right time. Add on, Warren Buffet and BNSF are probably the biggest issue with pipe lines. It would likely chop off 30-40% of BNSF's gross income. Buffet wouldn't like that.

People have reported pollution outside of the state, more than 100 miles away. Read up on the Ohio River, and river valley, and the farming in that area. Millions of people's food and drinking water is poisoned for decades to come. The small farm is more important to our survival than almost anything else. I would want to test the water and soil in East Palestine and surrounding areas. Trace that to the death of the animals (chickens, fish, etc.).

I read the MSDS and it states this: "Ensure emergency procedures to deal with accidental gas releases are in place to avoid contamination of the environment. Inform the relevant authorities if the product has caused environmental pollution (sewers, waterways, soil or air)."

Also the MSDS states to wear a respirator when responding to spills and when working with this gas in poorly ventilated spaces.

Vinyl chloride is given a rating of 2 on a health scale of 0 (no health risk) to 4 (deadly) within the MSDS.

On that part same. The only time 100k comes up is in exposure for rats and mice studies. The important part here is they did edit it after a long time of no change, right before Vinyl Chloride was released at levels never before seen.

The MSDS for vinyl chloride lists the exposure limits as follows

5 PPM for 15 minutes

1 PPM for 8 hours

They took an image of an old rail line and superimposed the train on it. A good video editor could do that in 20 minutes. You can see the edits.

I hope this is sarcasm. I appreciate your takes Rich, but seriously? It's a still image with a train superimposed. Easy tell it's fake. First, no nature, no movement of tree limbs. They're blurry, yet the train is clear. They cut if off before the "rough" part where the gauge/width of the track has no possibly of traversing. Also ZERO chance any rail line lets trees grow that close to the tracks let alone multi ton expensive cargo to traverse those tracks.

Just the curves in the rails make it fake. It's an old rail line someone took a photo of and some crafty video editor threw a train on it which is child's play. No train engineer would go through something that looks remotely like that. I don't have a link or proof, but from my educated opinion with some okay video editing and knowledge, it's fake as can be. Watch the trees. There's glitches in the video every 3-5 seconds or so, sometimes shorter.

Rewatched it 10 times now for this comment. 1,000% fake.
