How can we be the place where they dare not look, staring back at the HR Bene Gesserit Witches?

How can we defang them?

How can we make HR back into Personnel where it is worried about collecting resumes from qualified individuals, calculating withholdings, and sending out paychecks without getting involved with DIE and Racial Unmerit Oppression? Why can't managers hire as long as they stay within budget/guidelines? And if they have a problem go to their boss?

HR departments are mostly staffed by women with blue hair and gay men. They revel in their power to oppress.

So the answer has to come from higher up. CEOs have to give explicit orders that HR be limited to traditional HR functions. Some motives for them:

1. people hired on the basis of merit alone are more competent
2. no one wants to apply to a company which is going to discriminate against him on the basis of race, as is the norm now (discrimination only against whites and Asians)
3. perhaps a CEO can get some status among peers by showing some backbone

They would rather get some cash from the government by showing some deference.

Big Legal.

I'd say this more than anything. We're the most fucking litigious society on the planet (I think). I have a friend that keeps suing his employer for a work injury. Beer truck delivery driver. He gets his pay sitting on his ass AND has gotten 6 figures in payouts. He didn't work for 5 years and was probably paid $150k/yr... as a beer truck delivery boy, yet sitting at home playing video games. He's not a bad person, but figured out the game and is manipulating it.

I bitch at him every time beer prices rise. Fuckers like him. Kind of joking, but I'm kind of serious. Lawsuits fuck everyone over in the end. There are legitimate ones but HR department mosts certainly don't help. You then get people suing HR and the company. It's fucked up. Everyone gets paid less because they have to account for the few headache employees that sue if they slipped off the damn toilet because they were too fat or something.

Don't work at companies that practice these policies. If they can't hire the workers they need, they will be forced to change.

And businesses suing businesses are 80% of all lawsuits.

350M people suing each other or businesses are only 20%.

Legal reform starts with restricting businesses suing businesses.

Companies are liquidity and banking squeezed by their Globalist banks and by the corrupt KommieKunt Government, to the point where they risk the damage of Woke to please these power centers over the damage of losing their customers or the viability of their business structure. It's not a great set of choices for them.

I see it as when a large company does some ridiculous and psychotic woke thing, like the Hershey debacle, it is because they are being viciously threatened by their banks and the government so they go for broke on the woke agenda to try to hobble through it and survive.
