Any concession that non-Muslims make to adopt Islamic norms and laws gradually erodes the foundations of Western civilization, undermines the principles of the rule of law, and ends the fundamental notion of equality for all individuals.

The Minnesota chapter of Hamas-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is demanding that mosques in Minneapolis can broadcast the Islamic call to prayer five times a day versus the already allotted three times a day.

Referred to as the Adhan, the Islamic call to prayer is intended to show “power and control over a country.” The Adhan declares the supremacy of Allah of Islam and is considered a “warlike declaration.” The following is a translation of the Adhan by RAIR Foundation USA:

Allah is greater [than your God], (Allahu akbar); intoned four times.
I testify that there is no god [who is worthy of worship] except Allah.
I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.
Come to prayer. Come to prayer.
Come to success. Come to success
Allah is the greatest. Allah is the greatest.
There is no god except Allah.

The terror-tired group wants residents to not only hear the eardrum-shattering disturbance in the late mornings and afternoon but also in the early morning and evenings. For this to happen, the Islamic supremacists are demanding that the city’s noise ordinance rules be changed just for them.

PS: This practice is banned in our ally, Saudi Arabia

Making noise is not a religious freedom. It's making noise.

Within reason. I mean, it would be fine to have a festival from time to time, but blasting on a loudspeaker 5 times per day is the definition of oppression.

I think it's jealousy really.

Sure there is some of that, but perhaps you missed what John Adams said: “ But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practising iniquity and extravagance, and displays [229] in the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the world; because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion.”

I think that the world hates America because America has treated so many nations and even its own citizens with disrespect, even theft and murder are practiced by the alphabet agencies with impunity.

As a musician I think it should mostly be indoors. If it's outdoors it should be in a rural or industrial type area. I can hear the live music almost 1 mile away at one of the bars in town. Got a loud ass train. There are times where conversation has to stop for 4 minutes.

My thing is the precedent it sets. Who can do it and who is exempt? Say I have a charity that helps orphaned kids, can I just make noise 5 times a day to raise awareness for abandoned kids? Everyone under the sun would start doing it. I'm a Libertarian at heart, but you also can't fuck with other people's lives. Religion or not.

Fact is if you practice a religion and don't know the time to pray you're an idiot. I also have no clue what praying even does for a fictional character in fictional books. I know that statement pisses off religious people, but I'm right. I don't need to hear the noise and fortunately it wouldn't happen where I'm at. It doesn't take religion to be a moral person. I can be an ass hole, but I only have one person in my life that I'd mess with (not a physical threat). Otherwise outside of angry moments I try to treat everyone with respect. Haven't been in a physical fight since grade school. l'm the guy that breaks them up.

Anyone doubt that that Revelation 17 and 18 refers to the USA?

It’s looking more and more like USA every day.

It really does fit.

The call to prayer was probably useful before the advent of accurate timepieces. Hey Musselman, look at your fucking watch instead of waiting for a 7th century technical relic to regulate your life.

It's like these factory whistles we used to have 100+ years ago. No need for these anymore.

Yup. Literally have 5 separate alarms set right now for shit I have to do. With 3 kids and in different schools, different sports, different birthday parties/activities, work, etc. I check the calendar in the morning and set the alarm that goes off even in mute.

No joke I missed school pickup once by 15 minutes and felt the wrath of the wife on that one. In 8 years the only time the school has called us. I was pissed at myself and she was with me. So I set it every morning when I wake up regardless if I pick up. Fortunately have nothing until Monday that I "have" to do, so that's nice.

That’s true, but the purpose of the mandatory call to prayer by the Sharia Nazis is to stick it in your face and perhaps to shame the Muslims who don’t stop to pray. It’s not about the prayer it is about the oppression/enforcement of their tyrannical religion.
