i always seem to get quite a lot of pushback on my claims that “the woke worm is turning” but i am getting more convinced by the day that this is so and the really steep part of the exponential is coming. ...

people are just deeply, passionately bone weary of woke. it’s been far too much for far too long and just about none of it seems sympathetic, reasonable, or even tolerable anymore.

the reason it was able to persist for so long was ruthless, relentless, and instant cancel culture. speak up, you’re gang tackled off the stage by people screaming “racist,” “sexist,” “privilege,” “phobic,” and “safety.”

your speech is hate and their hate is tolerance.

the whole world was made a safe space for oppressive, dictatorial hallucinations masquerading as world views and exclusion oriented tyranny of the other side doing business as inclusive big love fluffy bunny pluralism.

until this unified edifice started showing cracks, it was very successful in essentially acting like an abusive spouse: coercion, intimidation, physical and emotional abuse, projection, making you feel unsafe while blaming it on you for making them feel unsafe, gaslighting, and endlessly doing to you exactly what they claim you are doing to them and claiming victim status so that when they attack you it’s “see what you made me do?”

this stuff is textbook.

and it unravels the same way.

“well, the greatest source of misinformation around covid was governments. they said safe and effective. they said vaccines stopped the spread and were a dead end for the virus. they said 2 weeks to flatten the curve. it was all lies and they either knew it or had no idea what they were saying. so just what "misinformation" are we culling here and how is one to respond to such inaccuracies if speech is proscribed?” ...

I just got served at the local cafe by an obvious young woman with a shaved head who goes by "Andy" and has a button with pronouns "He/Him".

She's literally ruining her own life with help from the woke cult, and it will be irreversible if she does surgery. Maybe already did.

Although most thinking adults are against the woke hysteria, they remain relatively silent. I think part of that is out of fear of being 'labeled.' The use of labels such as racist, homophobe, hater, religious nut, far-right radical, etc. is very effective, and has silenced most of the people that I know. Few people have the guts, or the perseverance, to stand up for what they really believe.

Obviously, for a very long time, our educational system has been pretty much taken over by the radical left, the premier proponents of woke. They have far more influence on our youth than do their parents. Also, consider radical liberal brainwashing via their music, movies, TV shows, magazines, social media, etc. All of this is VERY effective.

Take notice of the 'protesters' at various events. They are made up almost entirely with young people. IMO, the woke movement will continue to thrive primarily because of our easily manipulated young that remain very difficult, if not impossible, to reach.

IMO, it's pretty obvious that it's all about making us weak as a nation with the added benefit of chaos. Woke is being perpetrated by the very same ilk that makes up the Great Reset, which is a fanatically anti-Christian, atheistic cabal that is rooted in global Communism.

I haven't been shrieked at for my political views since Biden came in office. Or at least the intolerance is growing less and less every day.
People didn't vote for this nonsense, and are starting to realize their vocal support for it, is just a good as a vote at the ballot machine.

Woke marches and activism used to draw out tens of thousands of people, now it's the same few hundred people showing up acting like entitled retards.

They gravitate to these kinds of low end jobs. The only bookstore left in Waco is Barnes & Noble and probably half their employees are some kind of "woke". A friend was saying the other day I haven't see the cat lady in here in a long time. She was a young woman who had her hair done up in a couple of little ears and wore a tail. The first time I saw her (she'd probably argue with "she") I thought it was within the context of some kind of event, but no, it was all the time. I like to throw out objectionable terms in conversation to see the reaction. Referred to one of my mother's friends as an "old maid", to someone else as being "fat and forty", got questionable looks both times.

The tens of thousands of locals that would run out and join them. Aren't there any more. Most of them dropped off, when they saw how they were used to provide cover for the Ferguson Riots. And the burning of cities in the Summer summer of 2020. Before then they were able to pull of multiple day of rages in many cities accross the US. If anything I'm fine with a man going woman. Go for it. Just don't participate in female sports. Don't do longest drive at a golf outing which my wife has dealt with from two dudes.
