Unfortunately yes. I'm not huge into sports as much as I get older. There's a reason the Chicago Bears are moving to Arlington Heights. Their fans aren't from Chicago. They're out in the suburbs. And most don't want to go to Soldier field. It's a pain in the ass even on a good traffic day. It's in a horrible spot even though the lake is right there.

8 blocks south is Bronzeville. Predominately black and much more edgy than someone from Naperville with actual money wants to be around. The field is basically in the south loop which got gentrified, but still is rough around the edges. Fact is people just want to enjoy a tailgate and then go to a game. Not get haggled by homeless people outside the stadium as it's public property. Bears don't own it.

When a billion dollar organization leaves a city that's very telling. The only reason the cubs stayed was because Rickets met his wife at Wrigley so it has some meaning to him and he had the means to buy it. In 5 years I can promise you that he's going to regret investing so much into the area.

The Chicago exodus has been happening but I think we're only on chapter 3/4 of 10. Tax revenue is going to be the biggest issue. Bears only have 10-12 home games a year. But between amusement tax and sales taxes on things purchased in the stadium, it's going to be a huge hit. The White Sox are likely to move out at some point but Reinsdorf got a massive steal of a deal from the state to stay with their lease.

Sorry for another Chicago rant. But it's happening in all major cities. If you see multi-billion dollar companies and sport franchises leave. Get out. Those ghetto people aren't going to drive or take the train to Arlington Heights to work concessions. They'll lose their job. Revert to crime or raise kids with no money that become criminals.

These are Jewish supremacists, not just "Jewish people". They are attacking nations that they consider historical enemies and threats to their power. That's part of the reason for the Russian / Ukraine war, and the constant (and stupid) propaganda about that war. The Russian/Ukrainian conflict might really be about putting Europe under the thumb of the US - it may be a proxy war against all of Europe.
