If Putin regarded this as a real threat, he would just move quarters. This was a pointless attack.

The United States claimed this was a false flag, that Russia attacked itself - just like they did with Nordstream. This means this was a US attack. The US is trying to escalate the war. If Russia wants to retaliate, it won't be Biden they go after, it will be people like Victoria Nuland and other Neocon assholes. The federal reserve is not the government. But it is an apparatus that the shadow government uses to consolidate and perpetuate their control.
