When was it ever in question he wouldn't be able to be on the ballot? You get the signatures, do the paperwork, etc. Anyone can get on the ballot. It obviously was illegal. But doesn't surprise me from Colorado. California and IL have been dumping their turds there.

Not that it's a ton of electoral votes, but Montana is likely to be purple if not full blue in the near future. Bad for Congress though. Tons of liberal CA folks going there. I doubt Montana will go purple or full blue. Montana is under full attack and I dont see Tester getting relected. Federal agencies and liberal judges are very unpopular here.

I'm a little more cautious when I hear the news and decisions being made. There is "always" an "agenda". Today with a unanimous decision it gives the conservatives no reason to not trust the honesty of the Supreme Court in both liberal and conservative views. Next is going to be their ruling on the presidents immunity. If it goes against him no one fan say they aint fair.
