Mere days after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis publicly begged the federal government to let Florida prosecute Ryan Routh, arguing that the feds had only charged the failed shooter with weapons violations, yesterday the federal government re-indicted Roth, increasing the charges. And the Southern District of Florida assigned Routh’s permanent judge. Axios ran the story under the headline, “Ryan Routh charged with attempted assassination of Trump.”
Routh’s case was assigned to Judge Aileen Cannon, who famously dismissed Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Raid prosecution last month. Flustered far-left outlets (like Politico) dripped with overheated frustration about Canon’s assignment, seeming deeply skeptical but unable to put their finger on the problem, like they smelled a dead rat, but no matter how hard they searched they couldn’t find the corpse.
Routh’s new indictment began, not with any weapons charge this time, but now with much more appropriate attempted assassination under 18 USC § 351, which covers attempts to kill any Presidential candidate enjoying Secret Service protection, such as President Trump.
Those were both encouraging developments. But there is an unfortunate hitch. Section 351 is a great fit for Routh’s prosecution, but it also includes an unwelcome provision pre-empting State investigations of assassination attempts:
(f)If Federal investigative or prosecutive jurisdiction is asserted for a violation of this section, such assertion shall suspend the exercise of jurisdiction by a State or local authority, under any applicable State or local law, until Federal action is terminated.

Thus, Florida’s freshly-launched investigation has been put on ice before it ever got the chance to warm up. It was just two days ago on Monday that Trump just said he preferred Florida lead the investigation, since the feds are conflicted, both trying to put him in jail while also trying to investigate his attackers.
But yesterday, DOJ Chief Merrick “Grandma” Garland primly said the feds would not turn over the case, but would, of course, cooperate with Florida “as appropriate.”
Translated from Bureaucratese, “as appropriate” in lay English means, “never!”
But in another unbelievable 2024-style twist yesterday, another member of the Routh family was criminally charged. I am not making this up.
The Associated Press ran a most remarkable story yesterday headlined, “FBI: Son of suspect in Trump assassination attempt arrested on child sexual abuse images charges.” What are the odds?
Oran Routh is Ryan Routh’s son. Oran was just in the news last week, defiantly defending his father, explaining that Ryan Routh hates President Trump like any reasonable person would. It’s fair to say Oran is no Trump fan. Oran also told reporters, “if my father wants to be a martyr to how broken and disassociated the process has become … then that's his choice.”
It’s a choice. Some kind of a choice.
But when the FBI searched Oran’s house this week, presumably related to his father’s Assassination Attempt, they alleged finding two Samsung Galaxy phones with SIM cards holding a large amount of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM), including minors as young as six. The indictment also described a chat log between Oran and someone buying CSAM from him.
Coincidentally, back in October 2017, it was widely reported that “the Las Vegas shooter's brother was arrested for possessing CSAM.” If the claims against Paddock were even close to true, he is a very sick puppy. In July, 2018, prosecutors dropped the charges against Bruce Paddock after a key witness became unavailable.
So … another twisted deviant. Do you detect any pattern?

What the fuck is that fake Japanese is talking about? Iran totally benefits if Trump is out of the race one way or another. Then there is the revenge motive: I bet IRG is still sore from that Salami covfefe.

"...Deputy Counterintelligence Guy and the Attorney at the FIB, the Lovebirds
Page and Strzok, both spoke Farsi to each other and hate both Trump and the White Working
Class... and both are connected to Iran..."
Page and Strzok worked for the FBI and the FBI is not Iran.
The FBI allowed Asif Raza Merchant, the Pakistani man charged with plotting with Tehran to assassinate Donald Trump and others, to enter the U.S. in April with special permission known as “significant public benefit parole” even though he was flagged on a terrorism watchlist and recently traveled to Iran, according to government documents reviewed by Just the News.
The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force interviewed Merchant, fingerprinted him and inspected the contents of his electronic devices when he arrived at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, in Houston, but then let him leave with the special parole that expired on May 11, the memos state.
TRUMP: "The shooter had 3 cell phones. The FBI has never gotten them open. The other shooter had 6 cell phones. They still haven't opened them...some of the apps are foreign based. They had no problem getting the J6 cell phones open. Why is Apple not able to open these phones?"
A Las Vegas man was arrested with guns and fake I.D.s about a quarter mile from former President Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Coachella Valley, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said Sunday. But while the sheriff called the arrest a thwarted assassination attempt, the man told a reporter he is a Trump supporter who bought the guns for his own safety and notified police at a checkpoint that they were in the trunk of his car.
Deputies assigned to Trump’s rally said the driver, Vem Miller, rolled up in a black SUV to a checkpoint at the intersection of Avenue 52 and Celebration Drive around 5 p.m. on Saturday. He was found to be in illegal possession of a shotgun, loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine, Bianco said. He added that Miller’s car had a fake license plate and was unregistered.
But both are convenient for those in Israel who’d like our military to depose enemy leaders (Hussein, Ghaddafi, nearly Assad, now Iran’s leadership).
Yesterday afternoon, the Associated Press ran a bizarre story headlined, “Man with loaded gun arrested at checkpoint near Donald Trump's weekend rally in Southern California.” It was a bit more than just a loaded gun. Vegas resident Vem Miller, 49, was arrested on Saturday just outside the Trump rally in Coachella, California, with a loaded handgun, a shotgun, a high-capacity magazine, multiple passports and driver's licenses with different names, all while driving an unregistered car with a homemade license plate.
It gets weirder. Mr. Miller said it was all just a big misunderstanding and, being a huge Trump fan, he would never hurt the President. Even more bizarre, it turns out Miller is a regular feature on the conservative media circuit. Conservative podcaster/independent journalist Mindy Robinson vouched for Miller, referring to him as her business partner in a long-standing media venture named America Happens Network.
Miller is not, in fact, Vem’s real name. His real name is Vem Vim Yenkovian. He’s originally from Armenia. According to allegations in his various lawsuits, he adopted the last name “Miller” to avoid widespread anti-Armenian discrimination.
Riverside County’s sheriff department initially suggested to media that his deputies stopped "another assassination attempt,” and the media gravy was out of the pitcher. But Miller was promptly released on $5,000 bail, suggesting the judge saw him as no real threat. He swore he is a "100 percent a Trump supporter" and that he always travels with firearms for protection due to death threats related to his media work.
Miller’s fake passports, fake license plate, and fake driver’s licenses remain unexplained.
He’s been around conservative media for a long time. Miller founded his America Happens Network in 2007. It makes online shows and podcasts under the motto "rage against mainstream media.” Miller denies being connected to any anti-government groups. He calls himself a former-Democrat-turned-Trump-fan.
Two years ago, Miller ran unsuccessfully for Nevada State Assembly as a Republican.
Late last night, Miller, obviously not listening to his lawyer, if he has a lawyer, released a long, rambling statement on Rumble, where you can hear his side of the story if you have an hour or so(1:15:30; he finally gets around to what happened at the 32:00 mark). Miller blamed the cops, miscommunication, dehydration, and low blood sugar, and admitted he argued with and threatened the police.
In his video, so far as I can tell, Miller never mentioned his fake credentials, the home-made license plate, or explained why his car was unregistered. If cops made up those claims, I’d expect Miller to at least deny them, laugh it off, or something.
Federal authorities say they’re still investigating, but agreed President Trump was never in any danger. There is no doubt but that Miller is a pretty zesty character. But is the Armenian podcaster more like a gravy wrestler, or is he a strange, Ryan Routh-style enigma?
Speaking of Ryan Wesley Routh, the media appears to have lost all interest in the second Trump assassin. Despite volumes of unanswered questions, corporate media’s most recent story about the failed tiny-home contractor was over two weeks ago, when he pleaded not guilty.
Bless the Epoch Times, which ran a long-form Routh Roundup article late last week. Spoiler: they still have no idea how Routh funded all his travel and illegal weapons purchases.
Elon Musk, on the other hand, now sits squarely in the deep state’s crosshairs. They’re literally trying to get him killed. Fox ran the story yesterday headlined, “Elon Musk to upgrade security after left-wing magazine labels him ‘Public Enemy No. 2’.” Check out this astonishing headline, from the far-left Der Spiegel...
See? They’re just alike! Fascists. At his final town hall in Pennsylvania yesterday, Elon commented on that Der Speigel cover. “I’m like, enemy number 2 of what? Uh, democracy? I’m literally trying to uphold the Constitution and ensure we have a free and fair election," Musk said.
"I’m definitely upgrading my security,” he added, quite intelligently. “Guess I better cancel that open-car parade," the world’s richest man joked. Elon has noticed the red dot hovering over his chest...
Trump assassin Ryan Routh had 6 cellphones. That suggests he was likely working directly with a 3 letter agency to kill the President.
