I’m liking the idea of designating the cartels as terrorists and wiping them out.

I've had my fun in Mexico, but usually tourist areas. The cartels need to go. I'm not scared there, but it's a simple solution. You could have a Mexican/US strike and just take them out. 10 days max. They know where they all are. A lot of people would die, but at some point it needs to be done.

I like MX and it could be even better. Weed is mostly legal in the states and so they find other drugs. Just kill them at this point. I've known two people that died from fentanyl laced cocaine. Kill the cartels you kill the drug trade. One was a hot attorney female.

Cocaine used to be big in my rural area, but it has dropped off. You don't know what you're getting. I know of others that have died, but wasn't friends with them. Cocaine is a massive Russian roulette game with your life currently. Don't get the vibe pat netters are coke heads, but be careful if you are.

It's a tinder point excuse for Trump to engage military against the International CIA in Switzerland, the Rockefellers (Clinton/Bush), and the Royal West Indies Company, since the cartels are their employees (just as the cartels have become a designated militia for the CIA et alia to attack the Republic by proxy). The Chinese it seems jumped on the bandwagon to help poison us with fentanyl, since the enemy of their enemy is their friend and the Opium Wars still require a revenge equalizer.

Trump seems to look at things economically and fiscally. Removing the cartels also removes cash flows to their various executives and sponsors. Drying up the Globalist financial fountain heads is part of Project Trump.

Trump figured out if we're paying for a million guys to "play Army" they may as well go practice their skills on someone, and the cartels are a good choice.

Joking aside, cartels are the ones smuggling illegals into the USA so stopping them would dry up much of that problem.

It all depends on where you go and with whom.

Carlos Manzo, the mayor of Uruapan in Michoacán State, was gunned down Saturday night during a public vigil, according to state officials.

Authorities said Manzo was struck seven times.

He later died from his injuries at a nearby hospital.

Before his death, Manzo had repeatedly warned that local officials were being targeted by cartels.

He had criticized Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum for failing to take stronger action against organized crime.

In September, Manzo told local media:

According to The New York Times, Manzo frequently clashed with Sheinbaum’s administration over cartel enforcement, accusing the president of being too lenient on criminal networks.

“If she thinks she’s going to detain these criminals without a single shot fired and that they’ll just turn themselves in, well, she should get it done,” Manzo said in a May speech.

“And believe me, if she manages to do that, I will immediately submit my resignation.”

Manzo’s killing marks yet another act of cartel-linked political violence in Mexico.

Why did we stay so long in Afghanistan? I know we're talking Mexico, but it was nothing to do with the war on terror. It was the poppy plant.

My buddy did 4-5 tours in Afghanistan. The Army at least was patrolling the poppy fields. At least he said that's what his unit was for. Not in writing or verbal, but that's what they did. There was some combat in certain areas which pissed off the Afghani's so they'd sabotage Americans where they could. It was all about money.

Would be the same for Mexico. Drugs and the trade of drugs. Also likely trafficking humans. You can get away with a lot more profitable yet illegal to the US activity in foreign countries without consequence.

True, it very likely was a slap on the wrist like they do with Wall Street firms that get a few million dollars fine for stealing or defrauding over $100 million.
