The chances of this judge being assigned to every activist Lawyer is slim to none.
It's like hitting the lottery every time you play. Every district has hundreds if not thousands of judges. The judge to hear a case, is chosen randomly.
Activist lawyers can't file a case, then shop for the judge they want to hear the case. If that was the way it's done. Then a guy could send his son to college, have him pass the bar exam. Then have him practice law, but be sure to file all of your cases, with our do boy Judge so he will never lose a case. In ten years, he will be the most powerful lawyer in the state. See why that's a huge ethics no no?

Trump's DOJ needs to get off its ass and set these Judges straight. They can't attack them for hearing the case alone, but I'm sure if they investigated how those judges are getting in front of these case. All hell will break lose. As Hillary says, they'll all hang by the neck.

Yeah another dirty trick, until a few weeks ago, Judges issued TRO's so rarely in these kinds of cases. Nobody ever heard of them. Usually TROs are something battered wives file, to keep their alcoholic husband at bay. Now that it's been misused successfully flew up the flagpole and did in fact Fly.
It's their new one trick pony. It's Franks Red Hot, Obama and Biden Judges puts that shit on everything.

These are Temporary Restraining Orders (TRO) which while generally considered unappealable, are very temporary in nature, usually less than a week.
They require no argument or even input from the party being restrained in this way.

They have to be followed by a preliminary injunction hearing which is operated like a mini trial. Most of these TROs will wind up as failed PRO attempts since their case is weak AF.

Upshot of this: patience. Give it a week or so. This won’t slow anyone down much.

She said she believed Hegseth had no military experience, but then corrected herself and said something about having received an “early deployment” to do a TV show. She suggested that instead, she should defer to an opinion expressed by the former Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff years ago, emphasizing he had a “stellar” military record.

Obviously, the puppet judges have been organized for a long time to act as a militant fifth column. They are arrayed and ordered from third parties and are not acting independently. They are not judges, they are non uniformed insurrectionists hijackers in robes. Their comms need to be intercepted to find out who is ordering them to act.

As the Coffie and Covid blog has stated, these are all TRO's which are good for at best for 7 days. There's no way they can be upheld in front of a real court. This is just a way for the globohomo judges to fly their full rainbow colors and satisfy their handlers. That's all they can do - nothing else will come of it except the TRO will expire and Trump can continue winning.

Seven days is enough for lots of shredding and hiding stuff. Judges are giving them ripcords to commit more crimes while they can.
