They dropped it to a 4.0. Maybe there were some fault lines. A little reminder that California has many ways to screw you, both natural, unnatural and man made.
There have been a whole series of small tremors up to 3.5 and below around my Tri Valley hood area for weeks. One of them felt like sombody kicked the back of my chair and I got a bit of anti gravitational dizzies with the fear that it might get worse (but didn't). Maybe it's hasta la vista time for the area. Just hope tri valley and Santa Cruz don't go up at the same time so we have somewhere to roost.
It’s more than 60 earthquakes around south of Bay Area of 250KM radius during the last 24h on usgs site and 180 of them during this week. Looks like more of them on the way at least part of the after shocks. Some sites speculate about the expected big one is coming!
