The language of the vote was:

“For infants born to HBsAg-negative women: ACIP recommends individual-based decision-making, in consultation with a health care provider, for parents deciding when or if to give the HBV vaccine, including the birth dose. A Parents and health care providers should consider vaccine benefits, vaccine risks, and infection risks. For those not receiving the HBV birth dose, it is suggested that the initial dose is administered no earlier than 2 months of age.”

Unvaccinated children “can and do get sick,” Tommey said. Thomas agreed. But he said the illness patterns in his practice surprised him.

“What I saw in my practice in the real world was, as more and more kids were unvaccinated, I had fewer and fewer sick visits,” Thomas said.

Back in CA I had a lot of Jewish neighbors, they openly bragged about fake autism diags on their kids for government benefits. Get paid for caretakers and such. Mexicans did exactly same thing. So did El Salvadorans. Everyone who could, abused that for kids or aging parents.
