I just look at some of the images in the above comment of yours 39. If you can't take care of your body, you can't take care of your job in my opinion. It's not that hard. Wake up early and go for a 2-3 mile walk. Make 3 eggs to your liking maybe with some bacon or sausage. Then walk the dog or yourself for another mile or two after dinner. Skip lunch.

If you can't figure this out, you can't figure out your job. Plain and simple. And kids are not an excuse. I'll walk at least a mile at my kids soccer games. Never have a chair. I walk around the field to get better angles than on the sidelines to give my kids feedback as the coach has to be on the bench. Track meets I walk 2-3 miles.
