There's something about Vitamin C and cell growth/reproduction.

An heroic dose of Vitamin C can be helpful after exposure or in the very early, barely symptomatic stages of illness (NOT during the symptomatic stage, don't bother with lemon tea or whatever then).

I imagine it is doing something to the reproduction stage of the cancer
