Is the Republic coming back? Were the military briefed of the second Declaration of Independence? Let's see what purges occur tomorrow for bloody October? Is Trump monitoring the crosstalk from all those general and admirals who were assembled in one spot? A bit of tradecraft? Maybe a bit too much hopium, but it is strange days for sure.

Maybe they should start shuttering the fast food places peremptorily from the Colt 45 porch screamer apocalypse.

Seems like the shutdown was good for the stock market.

Politico scored an interview with Trump, who last night told them flat out he wasn’t worried, “because people who are smart see what’s happening: The Democrats are deranged.”

In fact, so far as I can tell, President Trump seems to have sought this shutdown. As the deadline loomed ever closer, Trump seemed blithely unconcerned about trying to negotiate with Democrats and, with hours to go yesterday, he was posting memes and A.I. videos to his Truth Social stream that were openly mocking top Dems like Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries. ...

As for “blame,” the betting line is that Democrats will be blamed, since the majority of Americans want less spending, and the Democrats’ demands were explicitly for lots more spending on public healthcare which, as you know, is neither public nor healthcare. It was for weird procedures like chopadictomies and addadictomies, and amounted to an extra $1.5 trillion dollars, which sooner or later adds up to real money.

Trump’s promises seem to be a legit threat. One Senate Democrat who broke ranks yesterday and voted to end the filibuster, Angus King (D-Maine), explained, “The irony, the paradox is by shutting the government we’re actually giving Trump more power. And that was why I voted yes. I did not want to hand Donald Trump and Russell Vought and Stephen Miller additional power to decimate the federal government.”

DC Lobbyist Desirée Townsend spoke with Congress Reps. The REAL REASON Democrats are fighting for illegal’s healthcare is because states like California have so many illegals their entire healthcare system runs on the taxpayer money for illegals

“Let's take California, for example.
California has a high demographic of illegal aliens and prior to the expansion of healthcare for them, the hospitals were inundated with people they could not handle. And so, when that expansion happened and immigrants who are here, illegal aliens that are here were able to get insurance, all of a sudden, you then had this new kind of revenue stream that came in not only to the hospitals but now to all these doctors and providers in California.

— California will be a catastrophe because you'll have all of these individuals now that are illegal aliens with no health insurance. So, all of the providers that were making money off of this kind of, like, new economics in California are- are now not gonna be making any money.

And instead, these illegal aliens are gonna have to go to the hospital for treatment, and that's going to, instead of make the hospital money because they're covered by Medicaid, it's going to create a situation where now the hospitals are losing millions of dollars.

How and where do the legal and admistrative service obligations flow in absence of Congress, the corrupt federal court systems and SCOTUS? Mostly to the military. They no longer need the approval of Congress, and the NGOs are toothless without Congress. The whole umbrella of authority and finance shifts.

Below summary is from AI, it looks like Trump wants to cut 22% from non-defense and non-homeland security departments like Department of Interior, Department of Education, etc. Democrats want an increase in social welfare spending including Medicaid.

Trump's Budget emphasizes fiscal austerity in domestic spending (outside of security), tax cuts, and a focus on national security/border enforcement.

Democrats' Priorities focus on social investment, maintaining and expanding the safety net, and protecting environmental and research funding.

I ran AI and Democrats want the following

$580 billion for Medicaid in 2026
versus $557 billion in 2025 and $550 billion in 2024

$115 billion for Food Stamps in 2026
versus $108 billion in 2025 and $112 billion in 2024

$93 billion for Affordable Care Act subsidies in 2026
versus $91 billion in 2025 and $89 billion in 2024

I can see as Trump and Republicans want the 2026 budget for these to be same as 2025.

I see as its a philosophical matter as the Democrats want to grow these programs and Trump wants to control the costs for these programs.

Yep, the Democrats are howling like monkeys because the Republicans wanna keep the spending the same.

The unemployment rate is 4.3%. There is no way we should be paying no $47 billion on Section-8 and housing projects. Let's cut back on that and really have the niggers and illegals scurrying about. Entire swaths of Blue cities would be free fire zones. Everyone knows that the people using these programs are gaming the system.

40% of California's population is on Medicaid. 18% of the population is 65 or above...so Medicare availability. About 5% worked for the government either Fed/State etc. About 22% of the population was below 18. Now there is some overlap but then you gotta factor in about 17% of the population is illegals who get free treatment at hospitals.

The percent of workers to those receiving healthcare benefits...well it just makes you giggle. Those stupid enough to work in California are very much getting taken advantage of.

Dems don't do anything that isn't vote bribe crumbs from the table, bribery, serving lobbies or laundering back to themselves (or serving Kommie centralizing goals, NWO, demoralization, subversion, perversions, depopulation agendas etc.).

We have a country that needs massive infrastructure maintenance (jobs) so let the bastard fleas and weasels go back to work.

Yeah I remember listening to a few podcasts about the first few months of Biden administration and how there was an all out effort to increase dependency on all types of federal programs.

The podcasts said this is how the Democrats view increasing federal programs like Medicaid as integral to increasing Democrat voter registration.

They conveniently fail to mention it's paid for with donations, Trump's own money and his winnings from Media Lawsuits. Sweet, sweet victory.

I don’t believe it. Either that or it literally has no impact on my daily life.

Keep it shut down!

Trump took their demand for $1 trillion in new health spending and forced Democrats to take an indefensible position. He argued they are trying to give illegal border jumpers free healthcare, which caused them to deny they want to use Americans’ tax money to give freebies to non-citizens that citizens must pay for. The problem is, the record is packed full of Democrats insisting that illegals get healthcare. CNN, 2019:

Trump’s genius is not even that it makes Democrats look like liars —which it does, and they are— or that it ably scores GOP goals in this shutdown season’s blame game. The genius is that it is taking another 80%/20% issue and plastering it all over the headlines and talk shows. Though the backdrop is the shutdown, everybody’s talking about an issue that is a clear winner for Republicans, and which Democrats have long been on the wrong side of.

RECEIPTS: The Biden Administration Did In Fact Provide Free Healthcare to Illegal Aliens
Leftists resort to emotional hyperbole to proclaim that "illegals don't receive federal healthcare!" They don't know the facts.

The Biden Administration did, in fact, provide free healthcare to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens. Evidence from a congressional investigation in November 2024 provides the receipts. The report is available here for your own review. I have summarized the report below.

https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/2024-11-20%20The%20Biden%20Harris%20Administration%27s%20CHNV%20Parole%20Program%20Two%20Years%20Later%20-%20A%20Fraud-Ridden%2C%20Unmitigated%20Disaster.pdf

Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela were given federal parole by the Biden administration, en masse. This arbitrary move qualified the illegals for free federal healthcare.

Democrats have shut down the government because they want to resume healthcare for illegal aliens who were “paroled” by the Biden administration.
