For some reason noncitizens do get voting ballots!

Folks (females) around knock on doors and asking to vote for democrats including people who registered for republicans for primaries. The technique was, now if you believe you are democrat and say “Yes”, then you can get back in line for voting for democrats in primaries!
It was long time ago that I used to hear this happen at Cambel CA. They provided transportation and food if necessary.

California automatically registers everybody when they get their DL. If the DL you're getting is not Real ID they have no fucking idea if you're here legally or not (they stopped checking about 10-15 years ago). So yeah, totally believable that the fucker got registered against his will. The twist here is they always send a postcard informing you of your voter registration and, of course, they send ballots and voter information packages. So he probably knew.
