Again shrug. Tested in 7th grade and again in adulthood when applying for a certain job, with only slight decline.

I remain in touch with multiple of the people who were in the "advanced" classes I tested for in the 7th grade. None are dummies. We were told you had to score 135 or higher to be in those classes. I was on the lower end of people in those classes.
