It has been quite noticeable. Whether it is just the long arm of the Deep State or not is un-knowable without doxing and research, but they are definitely partisan or even financed chaff attacks. I suppose you could say the presence of foreign interests also pop in from time to time.

Diversion, dissuasion, confusion, dilution, rabble rousing etc. are all well established tactics to either push the truth below the surface, confuse it, camouflage it, or make it unrecognizable in the puzzle barrage.

So what do you want to actual DO about it? How about:

1. Limit immigration from third world to first world to allow the stabilized first world populations to be supported by conservation, efficiency and sustainable energy.
2. Heavily tariff or otherwise restrict imports from nations that not have environmental laws similar to the US. It does no good to ban coal here yet ship it to China.

These two would have the most impact on curtailing pollution, resource depletion, and "carbon." We could also add closing most businesses at night, curtail wasteful overnight deliveries, use deposit bottles, use clothelines, $2/gallon gas tax, and so on.

Stopping migration overflow and thus slowing/declining third world growth would have the biggest impact. First World countries should be aloud to slowly decrease their populations until they level off, third world will follow.

If this is really a "War" and we only have 12 years left to save humanity - we better get busy bombing the shit out of dirty Chinese and Indian coal and oil power plants.
