I am not stating that they voted.

I said they did just what the Russians did. They tried to sway the election. The number of illegals that tried to sway the election in Hillary's favor outnumber the number of Russians involved by millions upon millions. So much so that it could only be that our intelligence services were politized against Trump. Nobody believes that 17 Russian trolls carry the same weight as millions of illegals in trying to sway the election.
