An interesting thought on equality of opportunity. But I don’t think such is possible. Some are born rich, some are poor. Some are tall, some are short. I think freedom is best we can hope for. This is just a thought.

BTW, I personally lived this stuff. My grandfather was a wonderful person and I loved him dearly. He was a also bookie and his brothers all had illegal gambling businesses.

When he came over, he'd give us kids money and tell us we were going to "buy a flat and rent it out." I didn't even know what a flat was at that age.

When I got married, at the wedding my mother told my wife "Patrick will make lot of money one day." This was her way of saying that my wife was getting a good husband.

It's the same for various other groups with Mid-East origins, like the Armenians, Chaldeans, Assyrians.

I think the diversity and inclusion thing is really just meant to divide us so that we can't unify to stop the outsourcing to China and insourcing of illegals.

Sure, BLM is a Marxist group and wants to overthrow the US, but I think they are supported by the elite as a way to keep us all fighting each other so we don't fight the elite.

Yes but importantly equality of outcomes based on that is the goal of both. It’s literally equality, just stated differently. All meant to divide.

Right, science and common sense are pretty damn clear about gender.

It's the left who are science-deniers.

They explain that “In humans, reproductive anatomy is unambiguously male or female at birth more than 99.98% of the time.” Humans, just like most animals and plants, have two distinct biological sexes with the corresponding anatomy for reproduction. “No third type of sex cell exists in humans, and therefore there is no sex ‘spectrum’ or additional sexes beyond male and female. Sex is binary.”

That does not at all prove your statement that "Jews love money because they don't love you." Can you provide any credible proof to this statement?

Agreed. All the Jews I know love "success", which comes from strong family, genes, education, connections history and all the rest already mentioned. My Jewish friends are successful doctors, lawyers, engineers, entertainment and finance. Pretty diverse background where money is just an instrument or part of that success.

I could not find any mention of lesbianism in any religious text. When they banned homosexuality, it was specifically men having sex with men.

It was more in the laws of the countries. I can’t think of religious text, not sure why... perhaps it wasn’t a thing back then.

I know middle eastern countries and Slavic countries jailed for it. I’ll ask our pastor see what he knows.
112911   MisdemeanorRebel   2020 Nov 1, 5:02pm

They didn't want men wasting their energy on other men.

Romans thought the same thing - taking some guy's ass once in a blue moon was okay, but taking it in the ass, or forgoing your wife to fuck guys, that was unacceptable.

Your Uncle or other Patriarch would start having words with you about neglecting your duties.

I'll be talking to Pastor mid week. However I did search and found this online. It says all same things about gay women (lesbians) as it does about gay men.

For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another

Yes, maybe that does show a mention of lesbianism in the bible. Didn't know that was there.

Still, I do think that lesbianism is less harmful, because it does not spread disease very much.

I think Bible was more concerned about morality as a slippery slope. They didn’t know about aids yet. They just seen homosexuality lead to suffering as consequence.

Fortwaynemobile says

AIDS was waiting for the proper environment and the sexual revolution supplied it. It depended upon huge number of people having unprotected sex, 300-400 a year, for the virus to propagate into the gay population. The more sex you had, the more likely you were going to have it with someone who had been exposed to it. It was quickly politicized and there were intimations that it would soon break out into the larger heterosexual population. This was from the perspective of the early 90's and it's clear in hindsight (no pun intended) that that never did happen and AIDS stayed squarely within the gay community, recycling itself. Except for those sad early cases of people having transfusions with tainted blood, that was soon corrected by refusing blood from gay people and testing all donated blood because obviously some would sneak by. Between the Stonewall Riots of 1969 and 1981 there was a level of promiscuity that had never been exhibited in this society before. Gay men of the generation of Cole Porter, Cecil Beaton, Noel Coward, Sir John Gielgud were attracted to rough trade, not effeminate gay men. That changed with the liberation after World War II.

Beef is amazing, so no argument there. Good pork cannot be overrated though unless it is being cooked wrong, which happens a lot. Larger cuts need to be brined. Low and slow as well. Done right, a pork tenderloin can be as juicy and buttery as the beef.

Another reason I hate religion though. Telling you WTF you can and cannot eat? That'll get ya to heaven.... lol.

My gay friend says he knew he was gay from the age of 5. Yes, truly gay men are born that way. It is no more a choice for them then heterosexuality is for most men. It's just hard for heterosexuals to understand how a man could be gay because it is so foreign to them.

My gay friend says he knew he was gay from the age of 5.

I'll tell you this, there is no way a 5 yo would know that. At 5 they don't know what their parts are for, at that age every thought and every idea comes form a parent. So your friend is either making shit up, or their parents started making them gay at that age.

For anyone who had kids, if you tell them that a 5yo knows sexuality... they'll laugh at you. That part develops much much much later, and it is constructed heavily by parental influence and local circle.

MOSTLY in the Catholic Church where sexuality is so repressed it comes out in sick ways.

And AIDS was a laboratory created disease during the Reagan administration to kill off homosexuals and IV drug users, which Regan hated.

Patrick says
Identical twins are not identically gay or straight despite sharing all genes,
the same womb, and the same upbringing. The epidemiology of homosexuality
matches that of a viral disease.

Why, because twins aren't gay? That proves nothing.Patrick says
Pretending that male homosexuality is innate is like pretending that heroin
addiction is innate.

Comparing homosexuality to heroin addiction is like comparing the ocean to land. The two are completely different.Patrick says

Lesbians have at least some evidence for innate predisposition to homosexuality.

In every country, gay men are more disliked than lesbians, because people know.

What people know and don't know from the outside of the phenomenon is meaningless. The only opinion that matters here is the opinion of the gay man who lives with his sexuality. If a gay man were to say heterosexuality is learned behavior, what would heterosexuals say to that?

That is not to say heterosexuality or homosexuality cannot be learned behavior, but I can tell you from experience, there is always something inside you that knows this doesn't feel right.

This was a Russian disinformation campaign started first in a small article back in India in the 80's IIRC and continued on for a while. In fact, Reagan confronted Gorbachev about it, and Gorbachev apologized for it and promised to stop it. So there is proof this isn't American made virus. Although many still believe it. As always KGB's disinformation blamed America for trying to hurt "blacks and gays".

WillPowers says

This was also disinformation campaign with a purpose to ridicule and destroy religion in America, just like the previous one.

WillPowers says

It shows that there is no gay gene, if they were identical both would be gay. Also science has not found a gay gene, and they did look. Science is simple, it's a choice. And it's a choice because people can make this choice and can unmake the choice as many have. It's mutable. People have been converted out and into homosexuality. Gays don't procreate, they would have died out, that's evolution... "what doesn't procreate = dies out". It is pretty clear that it is a choice. Now it's not as simple as choosing milk in grocery store, but it is a choice. A person who has been convinced to be gay is going to have hard time unconfusing themselves.

WillPowers says

That is socially constructed based on upbringing and childhood. Men in prison fuck other men, they get out and go back to fucking women. Some people fuck animals on the farm, they aren't attracted to sheep, but sexuality can be confusing. Doesn't actually mean they are sheep-sexual. It's why religions of the world always tried to tell people to control their urges, as to not fuck everything up.

Hubris to presume that MY genes are special. The family DNA passed through my Brother who is now undergoing a painful divorce his wife filed the afternoon their youngest kid sat for his senior year high school finals. I'm unmarried and childless in my 50s and have ZERO regrets and qualms. I've played stepdad to several girlfriends' kids over the years, some of whom still maintain contact a decade after Mom and I broke up and they're in their 30s now. But, I do NOT feel a yawning gap or loss from not having had children.

Maybe yours are not and you’ve self selected to forego passing them on.
Ok sure.

I felt that mine were worthy to pass on, and all three of my kids are healthy and smart and beautiful. I was right, and I picked a woman who also has excellent qualities so they got the best of us both. I realize that doesn’t always happen, but that’s why you want to have more than one kid, roll the dice a few times to increase your chances of good progeny. I just got a great roll three times in a row. Not that they aren’t a challenge for us, and cost us more money than you’d expect. But it’s a family project, a worthy cause, and an investment in the future that I hope will pay off richly in feelings of joy and accomplishment.
