You don't know much about Greek and Roman mythology do you?
The gods, there, aren't supposed to be moral, they are just flawed super-beings. They are meant to reflect the strengths and weaknesses of the human race. All aspects of it - at least in Greek and Roman mythology. Nobody thought Zeus was a perfectly moral being. If you want to get into it, the Abrahamic god isn't perfectly good either. He accepted a human sacrifice from Jepthah who promised to sacrifice the first thing to come out of his home should Yahweh give him victory in a war - the first thing out of his house was he daughter.
The only religion that seems to have a concept of an absolute need for total morality I know of is Jainism and their idea of morality is completely abstain from violence.
This is just an attempt to appease a public which has totally forsaken the CDC as an arbiter of public health. They’ve totally lost the public trust and suddenly remembered that they need that to be effective in any way, and more importantly not to get cancelled!
And so people stopped caring what they say.
And they’ve suddenly noticed.
And they’re in panic mode.
I'd bet this is comparing apples to oranges. They probably took a black owned home in a totally different neighborhood and compared it to a white owned home in a better neighborhood and ran a story.
Yahoo news is trash and has been trash for a long time. Especially since they abolished comments. I used to skim their articles and get to the comments to see what was really up. Once they eliminated those, it wasn’t worth even skimming.
But then I’ve had a yahoo mail account for the last 33 years. Holy shit I am old now.
Wow, I suppose that's actually possible. Amazing.
I got the patrick.net domain name in 1995, which is 27 years ago.
